I dont see how other ratings or comments describe the staff being "Caring" Ive been to this Vet office FOUR different times & each time Ive been there the front staff seem so CARELESS, Not once that Ive been there, have I heard a Hello, Good morning, Hows your pet doing today, or even a Thank You after taking my money! Talk about a unprofessional- unfriendly careless staff. Not sure if theyre bored of just hate their job! The Doctor always seems rushed- almost as if he times himself with each visit- regardless of the situation. His male assistant in the back seems to be more involved, helpful & has expressed way more concern over my pets health than the Dr himself! Ive given this place way too many trys & dont plan on going back!

After 25 plus years of taking my dogs to Panorama Pet Hospital I have to say my experiences have all been good. We have been through new beginning and final days over this time. Dr Suman and all his staff have been helpful friendly and supportive in every way. I like that they care about my dogs as much as I do, I love that they treat me well even when I am in "Furmom" total panic. Dr. Suman and the staff explain what is happening and why. I also like that they are not afraid to turn you over to a specialist when they feel this is the best course for your pet. My dog developed glaucoma) No ego or fear of losing dollars here just good medical practice

I have two dogs of my own and I foster for a rescue. I also have 5 cats. I have tried several clinics in the surrounding area and understand walking out feeling taken advantage of...that has NOT been my experience here. My first visit I waited with a woman who drives from another state because the staff and Dr are so amazing and she had a dog with a long term care situation. I experienced nothing less. They have a discount immunization day and my dogs have felt completely at ease here. The pricing has been more than reasonable so I am thinking the people who said it was overpriced maybe havent been anywhere else...

My beautiful cat was suffering from a brain tumor which caused her to tip over (among other things). Rather than just let her die, the doctor tried a new method to keep her with me a little longer. Of course I was devastated when it stopped working, but the doctor was kind enough to not charge for the first months supply of the medication. And the staff is just wonderful and quite knowledgeable about the care and treatment of your pet. The experience with this team made losing my cat easier. I just wish more people knew about this place as an alternative to the other nearby pet hospital!

Dr.Suman and his stafff are the BEST!! I love the old school feel I got when we walked in. I loved that the Dr. asked all the right questions and told me more about how I should do things for our new pup. I did not feel like just a number. We were treated with concern and kindness. There is another vet hosp in the area and we had a horrible experience with them. No concern for us or our animal. I could not be more pleased to have done my research and found Dr.Suman. I highly reccommend this Vet to anyone in the Van Nuys area. He now has 3 new patients. Thank you.

We had to "put down" our Dog of 16 years. The staff was very caring. The explained all the procedures. Gave us several options. And they also gave us time to decide. I would highly recommend this place to others. The fees are very reasonable. Dr. Suman is very kind. A few year ago we had to put down other dog, unfortunately we did not know if this place. The other place saw us as a couple that they could rake over the coal and charge us tons of meny. Again this place is the place to go. We are very happy to have found Dr. Suman.

We had to put down a cherished member of our family...our 14 year old chow...the staff was friendly and very comforting...they helped load Poogy with ease and helped him relax...they allowed my entire family to be present and let us say or goodbyes which meant the world to us...what comforted us the most was the nice card we got in the mail a few days later from the vet and staff. And to top it off...the price for the whole service was the lowest in the valley I could find way such short notice! At

Dingy, money hungry place. I came in with a serious emergency and all the receptionist could say is they dont treat tortoises there. She then proceeded to answer the phone and ignored me while I held my tortoise who was bleeding very seriously. Luckily, a helpful lady had her iPhone and gave me directions to a better place. We barely made it and doctors were surprised my tortoise survived. I had my dogs vaccinated there and I will never give them my business again.

I have taken my cat twice to Dr. Suman twice now due to an ear infection. The first time I went I tried Mid Valley Veterinary Hospital, their customer service was extremely poor and was not brought back to join my cat during his examination. The Rx the gave me didnt work, never asked for a follow-up, and it was very expensive. Overall I am so gald I found Dr. Suman at Panorama Pet Hospital.

I LOVE DR. SUMAN! He has saved several of my pets. He is so kind and knowledgeable. I dont always trust vets because I feel they add stuff to the bill in order to get more money, but this Dr. doesnt do that. I trust everything he says. I highly recommend this vet.

My dog had a Subconjunctival hemorrhage and I was super scared. He calmed me down gave me the meds I needed and gave me a discount so I could afford the visit. I would suggest Dr. Suman to anyone anytime. I really wish I could find a doctor for me as caring.

Everyone here is so knowledge and helpful. I have a nervous aggressive dog, that doesnt like men and he does great here. Their teeth cleaning versus places in Sherman oaks or studio city are a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend

First visit. Great place. We found a stray kitten laying in the middle of the road the other day and took her here to be treated. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and good with kitty.
