Let me start by saying this has nothing to do with dental work dr wilson does a good job. Now the "professionals" who take care of their finacials need some training and that is being nice. I went into the dental office to get a chipped tooth fixed and was told that is great but it would not be able to go through insurance because it is considered cosmetic. A couple months later I got a bill in the mail saying that they denied my insurance claim. I was mystified because Jessica who works at the front told me that nothing cosmetic would be going through my insurance. I called and tried to get to the bottom of it and she could not give me a valid reason of why this was done and hid behind the fact that I signed a piece of paper based on what she advised me to do. They had no valid reason why they would tell me it was cosmetic and would not own up to it like a professional business would do and Atleast split the bill. After an insurance claim had been denied they continued to advice me to come in for two more teeth cleaning in a three month period because I was told I could get two in a year with no charged. Both of these were also denied by my insurance company. READ everything they give you before you sign it because the front office and finacial staff are clueless. They will not own up to their mistakes even when they admit that I was advised poorly by THEIR staff. You do not want to get into a finacial talk with them because the resolution is sending you to collections without negotiation or justification. Very unprofessional business and I would advise not listening to a word Jessica tells you. Even though this is Jessicas job I would fully review your insurance before ever stepping foot in this establishment.

I have been to many dentist in my lifetime, but after meeting Dr. Wilson and his staff Ive found my home dentistry. First off Dr. Wilson is a very funny, laid back, gentleman. Dr. Wilson puts you at ease the moment you meet him. He never rushes and always explained what was needed and what he would do. I had a complication that had nothing to do with What Dr. Wilson had done a Dry socket. When that happened Dr. Wilson made it his priority to make sure I was comfortable and that I would be ok. He cares so much so that he met me on his day off just to help me and fix the issue. This is not the norm from my experience most doctors wouldnt bother. But not only did he do it he did it with a smile and put me at ease.I highly recommend Dr. Wilson for this is just one of the good experiences I had with him. Secondly his staff, When I first met the dentistry I had some issues with my insurance. The staff there at Dr. Wilsons office made me first feel like it was no problem in whatever problems would arise. And that they would do everything in there power to fix any issues that may arise, and they did just that. Dr. Wilsons staff took care of the problem and put me at ease. If your looking for a dentistry I would highly recommend Greenville Smiles.

I have done three crowns in the roll in this dental office, and paid my shares after each services. Then I received a $85 bill for the services. I checked my payments as well as insurance paid amount, it ends up with I overpaid $89. I checked with the office and they agreed, but I didnt hear from them since. Last week, 9/11, I went to the clinic for teeth cleaning and checked with them again with my overpay. They said that actually only $65 credit is in my account. I didnt want to argue, so just requested for a refund check. They said that I can pick it up next week. Today, 9/17, I went to the office and they said that for the last week teeth clean, I was charged $18 (in my experiences, I had never paid for routine teeth clean, always covered by insurance). Once again, no arguments with them, I picked up my $44 refund check and cancelled my future appointments. In summary, I really dont believe that this clinic is honest.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Wilson for at least 5 years now. I love his super friendly staff, their willingness to schedule appointments around my work schedule and how they even call if a better appointment time is available. When I needed a specialist to work on my teeth, and when I needed an oral surgeon Dr. Wilson referred me to other amazing 5 ⭐️ Doctors that also took excellent care of me. He has identified minor issues before they progressed, and even offers hilarious conversation while work is being done. As a "high maintenance" patient I consider myself blessed to have him as my dentist. He even takes care of my 9 year old son! I highy recommend Greenville Smiles!

Top notch dental office with a clean, modern, and inviting setting and a fantastic dental staff. They are friendly, accommodating, and caring. Dr. Wilson is personable and delivers pain-free dentistry- I recently had a few restorations done and felt absolutely no pain whatsoever throughout the process. Im also a difficult patient to numb, but Dr. Wilson was successful at getting me numb on the first try and with no pain associated with the administration of the anesthetic whatsoever! My husband and I will forever be patients of Greenville Smiles!

After having an awful experience at Precision Dental/fka Augusta Street Dental Associates I went to see Dr. Wilson at the recommendation of a friend. I am so happy I did! Not only was he more experienced and knowledgeable but he was also friendly and patient and seems like a genuinely good person who cares about his patients. I was impressed with everything from the comfort and design of the office to the high tech equipment he has available to make your examination as easy and accurate as possible. I fully recommend him to anyone!

I have to have my 3 fillings redone because of the horrible job the dentist did. They were the first time gettings filling for me too. Now Ive moved cities and went to 2 different dentists - both confirm my fillings were not done correctly. I get food stuck in my teeth underneath the filling. Horrible....do not recommend.
