I would have to agree with pretty much everyone else that the staff is horrible here! If they answer the phone they usually hang up on you or leave you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I really dont understand how they could be so busy since I have heard nothing but negative things about this location. My daughter went in for a cleaning, we were told that my insurance would cover the cost for her to have sealants applied. During the examination we were told she needed 2 teeth pulled and it would cost us $240 out of pocket. We paid the $240 and thought she was taken care of only to receive a bill for another $263. After weeks of trying to get in touch with someone I was told the sealants were not covered by my insurance like they had originally said. Too little too late I guess when you are at the mercy of these companies. It took them so long to get me a detailed bill that my FSA money that would have covered the additional cost had expired! The appointment was in December and we had until March to submit the charges. We could not get a correct bill by March?? Absolutely ridiculous!! It is now June and I call numerous times a week trying to take care of this bill that I now have to pay out of pocket and still have not been able to do so. The staff in this office is unprofessional and rude. I only wish I would have read reviews sooner. We will not be returning!

First, let me begin by saying Ive been a patient at Bright Now Dental for years now. Last year I had a problem that I brought up to Becky. She listened patiently, never making me feel weird , or nonsensical about my concerns. She then directed me to speak with Diane. Long story short, Diane made the decision to help me with my problem. Again , showing me nothing but understanding, and compassion. Since then, my problem has been rectified. I would like to take this time, to thank the kind people at Bright Now Dental, for the time, better yet, the years they have put into giving me the healthiest, brightest smile of my life! I look forward to a long relationship, with this fine establishment, and recommend B.N.D. to my family, and friends.

Let me first say I will NEVER go back to this place again!!! The receptionists are rude, very unprofessional and quite frankly they should not have jobs were their working working with the general public! I have been going there for the past 2 years, (my kids like Dr. D. ) when I arrived today they couldnt find my chart, the receptionist went on about its a mystery they always are losing charts and can never find them. Really??? So I had to redo my paper work! The oral surgeon was very cold, rush and lack " bed side manner" ! It was by far the worst dentist experience I have ever had!!! I could go on and on but I will just say I will not ever be a bright now dental costumer again nor will my family! Horrible place to go!

Wanda, my hygienist is absolutely amazing. She always does an outstanding job. Scheduling on the other hand is absolutely abhorrent; 2:30 appointment that was changed by text to 3:00, not taken back until 3:45. When did my time become something with little or no value? Maybe Bright Now should start paying me! Im quite certain all the five star reviews are due to the offer they are currently running; "post a five star review receive a tooth whitening sample and be entered to win an electric toothbrush." I dont need either, honesty and truthfulness have so much more value.

This place is horrible, the women at the front desk absolutely HATE their job! theyre mean as hell and rude to patients. the wait times are always 45 mins long atleast and always over booked. I had a front tooth chipped and they filled it in only to wake up 3 days later and it was gone, I rescheduled and got a call back for another time, when I showed up they rudely said I was over an hour late and gave me 3 different times I was to be there. they dont know what the hell theyre doing. long story short, please find another provider!! THANKS

I honestly cannot believe the way I was treated here. I really dont like to leave bad comments, but I think its very well worth noting for this Dentist office. Very unprofessional... I had came here when I was a teenager and had issues with scheduling with them. I returned as an adult only because its close to home. All I have to say is... not worth it. I highly recommend going somewhere else even if you have to drive a little further. Its REDICULOUS. I would go into detail, but i dont think its worth it. Enough said!

Dentist and hygienist all very friendly and genuine. They were wonderful with my 3 year and getting her to feel comfortable and enjoy her visit with the dentist, also seemed to genuinely care about my 12 year old sons teeth and educate him every time he comes in, my hygienist was also very friendly and answered all my questions and provided me with good advice. The office does always seem very busy, I think they need additional help but they are always very friendly to me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. I went in because a massive tooth ache for my bottom teeth and they didnt do any thing about it instead they did 2 root canals on my top teeth and drilled out about 8 cavities and filled and yet Im still in pain for my bottom teeth on top of all that its only been 2days since Ive been there and now in one of the teeth they did the root canal in is now broke so I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY NOT EVEN MY OWN FAMILY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Before I went to this office I had read the reviews and really didnt know what to expect ...well I was surprised ...the staff is very nice ..the dentist is also very nice ..they all take their time and explain everything very clearly and break everything down and what benefits they offer as far as finance and everything so I will definitely be calling this place my place of home of dentistry ...so dont believe all the reviews u read on here

I hate this place! Went today for my daughters 3:00 appt. and they said I had the wrong time and couldnt see me... I had the right time, I had appt card and confo text messages. Told me automatic texts werent accurate. I left work for this appointment and cant believe how rude and unprofessional the staff handles things every time I have ever been there. Go to another Debtist, corporate dental care lacks integrity!

In the beginning my experience was horrible took from Oct. 2016 till recently that i could get mouth started on. All due to person doimg xray correct for insurance authorization. But not I am very content and love them all, especially the doc he is great funny, and wonderful bedside manners. Thanks guys for making this easier then I thought, I am so terrified of dentist. But again made it a great experience..

The people here were rude two years ago unfortunately still rude two years later. I only came back here since my family had a past account in this office and we needed to be seen. The customer service here is down right aweful. I dont know what conceivable training these folks have been a product of in life, but it hasnt been founded on anything professional.
