My 3 yr old german shepard was a patient there since 6 months old we bought their plan SCAM.. On 10/28/16 i called in the morning frantic and crying that i suspected bloat in my germanshepherd and asked if i could come in as emergency at anytime they could squeeze me in. Now mind you their hiurs are until 7pm fri. I was told By Alison at the front desk they are too busy but i could drop my pet off the next day and they woukd keep her in a run until they had time. I cried that BLOAT is a death sentence if not treated asap its an emergency. I went to work and at 3pm came home and called alison again and begged, pleaded, cried and said you know my dog we are always there for ear infections we were just there last month please help me and please can i bring her in now its fri at 3pm . She told me sorry were too busy and put me in hold to ask the vet and the hold time seemed like an eternity. I called springhouse animal hospital and went there my 3 yr old germanshepard was gone in 2 hours of begging alison for appt both 9am and at 3pm i called and begged. I blame banfield and alison . Please if u have a pet and know u will need a vet for an emergency StAy Away from banfield. They are calus and if ur pet has emergency on a fri your not going to be seen. Rest in peace LILLY 10/28/16 @ 5:04 pm she passed two hours after alison at banfield told me they are too busy.

I have bought insurance through banfield. I went to my regular location in Montgomeryville with an emergency and the women at the front desk was so rude. Drs are good here but thier front desk women (Allison in particular) could use some customer support training. This is not the way to greet or handle any customer of thiers.

I like the vet and the technician Ive dealt with here. I have never had a problem getting an appointment for my dog the next day even if they had to squeeze him in. Though I feel bad for Jenn, frankly its her fault her dog passed. There are places called animal hospitals in emergencies.

They do not care for your pet at all. Awful customer service. In urgent situations you are told no appointments available. I am sorry that I ever started taking my dog here. She now has a new caring vet! I would never recommend Banfield for any services!
