He was completely dismissive of my concerns that my child had diahrrea for 5+ weeks and refused to even consider that he might need to treat what was causing his diahhrea, fever, appetite and weight loss. He lost 3.5 lbs in 2 weeks! Thank God for urgent care clinic. They diagnosed a Very Serious infection that Shouldve been treated a month ago!!.. Dr. Martin comes very traditional medical model and is Not open to questions or a patents input regarding medical treatment. He tells you what treatment will be and you either agree or get nothing. There is no discussion of possible risks and benefits of this antibiotic vs another antibiotic. Also once he has decided what the diagnosis is, he is unwilling to consider other options. So I guess a child could never have one illness and then a different illness 2 weeks later?.. If I asked questions, he dismissed them or acted like I was an idiot. Despite the fact that I work in the medical field. Oh yeah and my question about testing his stool is wat was needed for urgent carecare to make the appropriate diagnosis.

Dr. Klein is perfection. Sooo thankful for this amazing doctor & staff & facility. Zero complaints of their responsive, personal touch style of care for my daughter who was born with some extra medical challenges & multiple surgeries in year 1. I read people complaining about timining & scheduling. Its a doctors office. Of children. So Im not quite sure what they expect--cant logically predict how cooperative children will be.

Dr Martin has helped us raise two healthy, amazing little boys. They look forward to office visits and ask to visit even when we dont have a need for an appt. He is extremely caring, always answers our questions and offers advice for various situations. I cant imagine not having him as a guide and reference as we raise these to little guys.

Dr. Martin is a very good good with my son who has autism. Im not sure how people can put reviews on here saying him and his staff werent good for their family. The staff is not rude, they are quiet the opposite. They are helping us very well with our sons therapy and many other thing. We wont be leaving Dr. Martin

RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!!!! I had appointments at 220 and 230. I called to let them know we were running late. I was advised it was fine so made my way to office 10 minutes late. They had to reschedule me to 320...waited in office to not be late again. Sat til 4! Seriously!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! RUDE STAFF!!!

Amazing staff and Dr. Martin is wonderful with the children. A true caring family practice. I always feel my son is getting the best medical attention every time we visit. The office is decorated for kids and very happy environment. Highly recommended if you are looking for quality care.

It wasnt just my husband and I that love this doc, but the whole staff at baylor as well where we delivered. We describe him as the doc from Cooks childens hosp that opened up a practice in the burbs, and lucky us!
