I am very, very happy with my experience at Family Vision Center. I (and my eyes) are grateful for my accurate, helpful, and comfortable visit. My exam resulted in a new prescription that feels very correct, and I can already tell that my overall well-being is improved through clearer vision. Dr. Wonderling and all of the staff were very instrumental in providing quality and intuitive care. As I am particular about style for eyeglasses and have a limited budget, I was concerned about finding new frames that I would love and feel ok spending the money on. After explaining what I was looking for to the eyeglass professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find a near perfect match that he ordered in. (After matching the style with one they already had in house, he suggested the frames may come in a varying color closer to what I was looking for that he could order in.) Ordering them required no stipulation- I could simply come back when they arrived, try them out, and decide from there. They were an instant "yes"! During the couple days in between ordering them and going back to try them out, I shopped around for frames at nearly every other eyeglass shop in town. Not only did I not find anything I really liked; but the assistance was incomparable to that of Family Vision Center, and I found that prices on frames and lenses were definitely not less. Though I ended up spending more than I originally hoped to on frames, I realize that it was so worth it for having glasses I love to wear and buying them from a business that has true intentions on providing an excellent service just for you. I sincerely recommend Family Vision Center to anyone looking for eye care in the La Crosse and surrounding area!

I have been impressed with the quality of care and thoroughness of eye exams at Family Vision Center. As a teacher, I recommend Family Vision Center to my parents of kids who are having a difficult time seeing or struggling in school. As a parent, I appreciate the time each of the doctors spends with us explaining what is going on. My youngest sees Dr. Wonderling on a regular basis. She has been a blessing to us! She thinks "outside the box" and uses her vast training to help each child individually, not just what the textbook says should be done. Even the optical staff helped us pick out the cutest glasses for a little girl that people stop us everywhere to give us compliments on how great they look on her. We always tell them where we got them! I wont trust my childrens eyesight to any other place!

Having been a patient for over 30 years, I am amazed at the constant updates that the Family Vision Center puts in place. They have tracked my progress, watched out for high pressure to catch any glaucoma early, and have kept up with my needs re: bifocal lenses and new prescriptions. I was getting horrible eye pain and headaches and was referred to Vision Therapy where I learned how to retrain my eyes to see better. I almost never have headaches anymore and they have allowed me to keep the tools I need to do routine maintenance. Dr. Foss and his entire staff are fantastic!

Ive been going to Dtr Foss & Dtr Wonderling for many years. My son has also worked successfully with Dtr Wonderling thru the Vision Therapy program for issues caused by Concussions. They are warm, friendly and down to earth. They are helpful & give you options to find the best fit for each person. I know that my familys eyesight is in very capable hands. Frames & lens are resonable & insurance coverage is explained very well & very easy to understand. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Foss for over 30 years. We were told about him ,for our son who was failing in school. He needed vision therapy and we watched our son passing in his classes. When my husband saw how thorough an exam he gave we all started to go to him. On an emergency basis saw Dr. Wonderling and she was great. She went the extra mile to give me quality care. I highly recommend their vision center. They keep current with vision care.

I have been a patient at Family Vision for 5+ years. Dr. Foss always takes extra time to answer my eye-care questions if I have them. I have had firecracker trauma to my eye, so thats important to me. Dr. Wonderling does a great job working with my two girls, and has suggested reliable, innovative ways to deal with their eyecare. Also, they stay current on technology and techniques around eyecare, which is reassuring. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

We just moved here and this is where our insurance is for and I am thankful for that. Dr. Wonderling was super nice. Her assistants were very understanding to a Mom with 3 kids trying to get one done on this visit. They were great with my kids and leading my son into some awesome pair of glasses! As a child I went through the Vision Therapy program & would recommend them to anyone with small children. They work hard to correct any eye problems before they just give you glasses. Family Vision has the most up to date equipment and its wonderful not having to have my eyes dilated for my eye exam. Make an appointment with Dr. Foss or the other doctors in the office and I know you will be as pleased as I am with their care and their support staff..

Always up on the latest technology and newest research and treatments. I have gone here since I was a child, and now being my 2 year old son for his astigmatism. Plain kids lenses are included in frame purchase, which is great because kids eyes change so often. Just one more thing that proves they are in this for healthy vision and nothing more, which is refreshing in the medical industry!
