Ive been seen Doctor Love for over three years now and she is the best doctor Ive ever delt with. She is so thorough and caring. She has helped me get off both blood pressure and cholesterol meds with diet and exercise because I was having so many side effects. She is always quick to respond to my emails or phone calls and occasionally calls me personally on my mobile rather than a nurse. When I need to see her I get an appointment right away and have never waited after check in more than 5-10 min. Recently I was hospitalized and was receiving sub standard care and she was willing to help even though I chose to go outside the Oschner system. So worth the drive to Prairieville from BR!

Im very disappointed in Dr. Loves lack of flexibility and availability in communicating with me and my siblings. As a family making difficult decisions for our elderly mother, it seemed impossible at times to have conversations with Dr. Love. I understand that shes busy but in critical cases such as ours I was hoping shed be more helpful and understanding. In the end she was not and it was a difficult and frustrating experience that I hope other patients dont suffer through as well.
