This Doctor not only prescribed a prescription that was inconsistent with what I actually had, a severe eczema rash on my ankle, he also, in my opinion, insulted me by inferring that I had swollen ankles for "many reasons". Excuse me sir, but, I came to you for a diagnosis of a condition that you failed to diagnose and put me on a regiment of antibiotics that I did not need and did not help. When I called back to express this concern, and inquired as to whether or not I need to come back in, his assistant was not only dismissive of me, but did not listen to my concerns nor what I was saying! This was my experience and it was quite personal, I not only felt unattended to, but also insulted by his assumption of my BMI - p.s. I am a healthy person, well within the range of what the medical community deems fit!

Dr. Chiang treated me for eczema and did a great job. He made helpful recommendations for some home remedies as well as easily obtained products to use as to not exacerbate the problem. Unlike many other medical professionals who l just throw as many heavy handed prescriptions at you as possible, he listened to my concerns, answered my questions and wanted to do what was best for my health in the long run. A doctor who is knowledgeable, honest and does the right thing. I highly recommend!

Dr. Chiang treated my teenage son for acne and did a great job! We are very pleased with the results. He assisted us with all of the logistics of medications, blood tests, etc. and made it not too terrible a process. He is personable and was understanding about both the physical and emotional issues associated with acne. I was very pleased with our experience with him and find him to be a fine person and doctor.

Dr. Chiang exhibits genuine care for and interest in his patients. He does something too many doctors do not do; he LISTENS to his patients without making them feel that they are taking up too much of his valuable time! The last dermatologist they had at Magan came off as condescending and cold. Dr. Chiang is the opposite of that and I am grateful they brought him on staff.

Professional dermatologist. My previous dermatologist had diagnosed me with "eczema" after a too brief examination, but Dr. Chiang correctly diagnosed a fungal infection and cured me. He clearly wanted to help and wasnt looking to simply see as many patients as possible.
