Doctor Mehr was extremely friendly, but her staffs execution was horrible. They got my birthday wrong with the pharmacy, I called the office to let them know, left a message with the controller, but no one got back to me that day. The office, specifically Melissa, took an unreasonable amount of time responding to emails regarding concerns I had with the medicines; a week went by and still no reply. Dr Mehr suggested I do a peel for the first time but this also backfired with a couple bumps that I had on my skin. The one thing I will say is that the doctor wasnt like a typical doctor who just wants money for laser treatments, she did care about getting my skin under 100% control, free of breakouts before doing any lasers. Unfortunately the rest of her team ruined my experience. When it comes to matters of the skin, the entire staff should treat all patient concerns with 100% attention even after a visit, but this definitively wasnt the case. People need to work overtime if necessary to address our concerns. I will not be going back to Dr Mehr.

I found Dr Mehr during a random internet search after seeing 6 other dermatologists who all failed me. On my first visit, I recieved a warm welcome and Dr Mehr listened to me and recommended tratments that other doctors did not tell me about. Because of the excellent care I have recieved from Dr Mehr, My condition has greatly improved and Im not worried any more. I give Dr Mehr and her staff my highest possible rarings for quality of care.
