Incredibly bad receptionist at the desk. Stopped going awhile back but decided to try it again. Same experience. Talking rude fast and impatient to elderly clients. In my case ignoring me and not answering when I asked which sign in sheet to use. Talking to a colleague and not turning around. Of course this resulted in me having to go up to the desk twice more to get the paperwork completed. Its annoying to have to prompt people to do their job.

Several of the receptionist are very very rude. I have had that a couple of times. which made me stop going for awhile. Otherwise happy, so might start up again.
