Our family loves Dr. Risser and he is the reason we trust him with our pets. Back in April we had to put our cat down and he handled it with such care and respect. We never felt rushed and stayed with her long after she passed. The next day flowers were sent to our house followed by a letter signed by the staff. We were very touched. Dr. Risser and his staff went above and beyond. As for the building, its new and kept very clean. The reception is very large with a fireplace, a mini fridge with beverages and snacks, and plenty of seating. There is a play area off to the side for children. The visitation rooms are well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff is all very professional; weve seen Dr. Luth and Dr. Risser and we are very pleased with them both.

You will find no veterinary practice that surpasses Fall Creek in providing comprehensive care for pets that meticulously combines state of the art science, accessibility and affordability along with equal amounts of kindness, compassion, and a truly loving approach that addresses the fact that all pets and their families are unique and require individualized care. We have been taking our 3 mini doxies to Dr. Risser since we first learned about his practice several years ago. Our dogs, 2 in particular, have had challenging medical issues through which weve been guided with nothing less than the best of heart, mind, and skill. Dr. Risser and his staff embody everything we want in a medical practice for our furry family members!

I brought my dog in on July 5, 2016. He had been ill and it was time to let him go. Dr. Luth and his staff made me feel good about my decision. Although it was tough, it was right. Dr Luth and his staff were kind and compassionate. Almost like my dog Lou was one of their own. The staff at fall creek also sent me a condolence card signed with a message from everyone there. And they also sent us flowers for our loss. That was the nicest thing ever and meant a lot to me. Thank you to the staff and doctors. You will always have my pets in your care.

Ive been taking both of my dogs to Dr. Risser for the past 2 years. He has been the most hands on, helpful veterinarian I have been to. I cant thank him enough for taking additional time to listen to my pets issues and give a detailed explanation of the treatment options. I have never felt rushed during any examination and he makes sure I understand what my options are. I am grateful I found Dr. Risser and will continue to take my pets to him.

There is none quite like Dr. Risser. The care and compassion he provides his patients (and his clients) is unsurpassed. Weve had 4 dogs as patients of Dr. Risser over the years and in the last 2 years, we had two deaths (one tragic and one not). I cannot tell you how comforted and comfortable we were all made to feel by the staff and Dr. Risser in particular. I cannot express how grateful we are to have someone like Dr. Risser as our vet.

I call the vet because my cat is very sick, wanting to make an appointment for that same day, only to be told that they cant make time for my poor sick Midnight. Sorely, sorely, disappointed in their lack of concern for my pets health. Any other vet I have ever been to before would go above and beyond to see my sick pet, and get them back to health. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
