I found the doctors and staff at Care Animal Hospital to be professional, considerate, and compassionate. Over 2 1/2 years we have taken four cats to this hospital. I found them when one of our cats became sick. She declined quite rapidly and within days needed to be euthanized. For pet lovers out there, you can imagine how excruciating this process was - to go from having a seemingly healthy 8 year old kitty to deciding to do what was best for her. Dr. Matthew Hobson was with us through this process, having compassion for us, but also being a voice for our beloved kitty. All of our options were made clear several different times, and when our kitty was put to sleep we were given ample time to be with her. The staff member who attended was also very kind to us. Their bereavement process was more extensive than I would have imagined. We were sent a card with her footprint on it, and the cremation service also sent us a card. They also have a place on their website where you can "light" a virtual candle for your pet. I was skeptical when I came upon this, but it turned out to be comforting to list Texana on the site. After going through this process with Dr. Hobson at our side, we were completely sold on Care Animal Hospital. Since that first visit, we have taken three other cats to Care Animal Hospital for regular check-ups and for eye/ear infections. They were seen either by Dr. Hobson or Dr. Andy Fipp. Both doctors asked several times during the visit if there were any questions; this proved to be helpful because I would often remember a question near the end of the visit. They both were gentle with our kitties and seemed to genuinely have compassion for how stressful vet visits can be for cats. As for wait time, we were usually early and were given a room within 5 minutes. We were attended to by a vet tech immediately, and the doctor was usually in the room within another 5 minutes. This is similar to what Ive experienced with other veterinarians. The prices here seemed very reasonable, but I am from Florida where the prices were almost double what they were here. We have recently moved, and I was certainly sad to leave Care Animal Hospital.

Care Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! The staff is always kind and friendly and Dr. Hobson is the best!! My dog Bella will be 6 this year and she has seen him since she was a puppy. She gets very nervous going to the vet and he easily calms her down, she has seen one or two others when he was unavailable, but her reaction to them was nothing compared to how it is with Dr. Hobson! Not only is he good with her, as well as my other dog Jazzie who is 2, he is good with me as well. If I have any questions or concerns he answers them and is able to ease my concerns! The nurses and front desk employees are just as helpful and nice, I can call to see if they have Bellas food before I drive out there and if they do they hold it for me, if not they call me when they have it so I can pick it up. I would absolutely recommend Care Animal Hospital to anyone!! :)

The people in the office are nice and Id honestly pay anything to get my dog what he needs, but every time these guys gave me a price and asked for my card the price would be totally different right after. Like my dog needed a vaccine with a booster and I asked when I gave them my card if it was the total or if Id be paying when I came in for the booster and they said no this is it. It wasnt, after the booster I was given another total. Then my dog was sick so at his appointments end they said "itll be $103 today" maybe she even said $130, but I look at my account a day later and its $199 which is quite a difference when youre also a student. Im not sure why all the discrepancies are occurring, but if I cant trust you with my debit card I cant trust you with my dogs care no matter how nice you are.

Care Hospital may have a bit higher prices than the other local vets, but the price is worth it. The building is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful with me, and my animals are always well taken care of. They really act like they care about my cat and they dont treat me like Im a horrible owner (unlike the other local vets I tried to go to) because my animal might be sick or have healing injuries. They take the time to listen and really know what theyre doing. And sure, their medicines are more expensive than a generic brand, but in my experience the generics Ive purchased for my cat never worked like they were supposed to. I think Care is worth every cent.

Care Animal Hospital has a fantastic staff, exceptionally clean offices, and gave special attention and love to both of my cats. I was very impressed by their services and I am very sad that now that I have moved I will need to find a new vet. I have recommended care already to all of the people I know with pets. They even donate to arf which is awesome and they do their surgeries I think. I know I had a friend whos dog was hit by a car and they drove away and care had to amputate his leg but by the time I saw him again he was happy as could be and all over the office. Again, I cannot express how greatful I am to Care Animal Hospital for offering such great service.

My experience at Care Animal Hospital was very positive. Id actually give them a 4.5 rating. The only downfall was the price I had to pay when I took my pet there, and thats only because Im a poor college student. Other than that, the staff was wonderful. My dog is very timid and scared of strangers. The vet and the vet technicians at Care Animal Hospital were very sweet to my dog. They took their time for him to get comfortable and they did an excellent job during my dogs check up. There are so many positives that outweigh the pricey cost. You get what you pay for, and you get a great experience here.

Excellent is the word that best describes the staff and Doctors at Care Animal Hospital. During nearly twelve years of service and a series four dogs with this facility we have loved every minute. Even through the toughest times they have been there for us. Dr, Brown is hands down one the best vets we have ever worked with. The facility is capable of meeting all of the special needs that our pets have needed and the expanded hours have been extremely helpful. We are glad to be part of the Care Animal Hospital family.

My dog was sick and I could not get him into his regular vet so I took him here. What a mistake! They basically acted like I do not take care of my dog. Trust me he is a very spoiled dog and goes to his regular vet twice a year for checkups due to his allergies. They prescribed 4 antibiotics for his ear infection and when I asked if there were generics available the vet snarked "Well I suppose you could do that, but they wont work". Basically they only care about the money and not the well being of your pet.
