I would avoid using this Vet at all costs. First they didnt have records for us from before they updated their system (either hard copy or on the computer) 2nd, they didnt write down my DOGS SURGERY, 3rd when I dropped my dog off for the appointment which they CALLED me to schedule the receptionist told me they could "fit it in" only to be called 1.5 hours later and be told that no they cant do the surgery. 4th reason, when I asked if they were willing to give me a discount for all the inconvenience they said "No". When I went to pick my dog up the Vet came out to talk to me, explaining why he couldnt do the surgery that day - I told him I was upset but not necessarily because they screwed up our appointment, but by the fact that I took a vacation day to get this done and now would have to take another one, that I had to stop what I was doing on my vacation day to come back and pick the dog up early because of their error again, and we werent even worth a $25 credit toward her appointment next week. His response "Is that all it would take?" Sorry Westwood - it would have been but with a response like that No thank you - Another Vet in town cleaned up your mess and did her surgery that same day for us - Now that is customer service. I also have the entire conversation on video if anyone would like to see just how this Vet clinic treats their patients/customers.

I am so grateful for this clinic. We had to put our beloved dog Dakota down today. The woman who answered the phone was very sympathetic and said she would call right back after speaking to the vet. She called right back and Dr. Hanssen was at our house within an hour and a half. This was the hardest decision Ive ever had to make. He was very sympathetic and relatable and let me take my time with her (even though it was below 10 degrees outside) He explained everything before hand. Thank you so much for being there for our family.

This clinic is the best ever. Dr. Hanssen is the most thoughtful vet ya can ever find. Even if ya cant afford to bring your pet in he will make arrangements on payin for it so that no animal has to suffer. He has been our animals vet for many many years. I wouldnt change a thing about him. His love for animals goes beyond the common vets these days. God bless ya Dr. Hanssen for all your help with our animals. Ya have a heart of gold. I recommend this Veterinary clinic to all my family and friends.

Dr. Hansen has been our familys vet for 15 years. They have always done a wonderful job in caring for our animals and also being understanding and compassionate with the 2 that had seen happier days and needed put down. When myself and my children bawled like babies in his office, we felt comforted and and supported. The love he shows for these animals is heart warming. Thank you.

I had to have my cat put down after a coyote attack and this clinic made a very difficult situation a bit less horrible. The staff are kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Recently I brought my sisters dog in for flea and heartworm treatment and we got in quickly and on short notice. Definitely would recommend this vet.

These people are out for your money! They do not care about your animals ( family ) and they will kill them at the same time as they charge you everything they can!
