Highly recommend Bridgeview Animal Hospital!! The staff is wonderful, and so loving towards my doggies. They are very informative and explain everything thoroughly. Sadly, our oldest yellow lab was very sick and needed to be seen right away. When I called, they got me immediately and seemed very concerned. They had a room ready for me and my doggie as soon as we arrived, and even helped bring him in from the car. Lydia and Dr. Mark were so amazing during this sad sad time as they informed us of the bad news, we were expecting. Even though we did not have an appointment, they gave us all the time we needed for those last moments with our beloved doggie, Bronson. They were so compassionate and loving towards him it meant so much to us. The next day I was surprised by a flower deliver, with their deepest sympathy. This meant the world to my family and I! I believe it is those little things that really show you how much they care. We will forever be taking our our fur babies to Bridgeview Animal Hospital.

We are very disappointed with the amount of products and services we had pushed on us when we bright our dog in to have his back examined including: $15 for mouthwash we didnt ask for, extra charges to have his ears examined using a TV attachment to the otoscope that was not explained to us, and the recommendation to acquire x-rays for approximately $300. We sought a 2nd option on the x-rays after a friend who also has a pet with back problems warned us that x-rays for this particular condition are not helpful. The dog back specialist on 86th Street confirmed this claim that the x-rays are indeed totally unnecessary in diagnosing the condition, and acquiring them would only lighten our wallet and stress out our pet. The gold standard diagnostic is a more expensive imaging procedure that we gladly paid for at another office entirely. My opinion about Bridgeview is that they are interested in harvesting client money more so than in the heath of client animals. I will not be returning.

Becoming increasingly disappointed by the professionalism at Bridgeview Animal Hospital. I was a HUGE advocate of Bridgeview and as of late they have repeatedly diappointed me. I have a pet that was recently diagnosed with diabetes and walked out of the office with $450 in supplies/costs that day. When I began to look at costs on the "Bridgeview Animal Hospital" online store, I realize they charged me more for several of the items in the office than they do on the "Bridgeview Animal Hospital" online store. I was told that actually the online store is run by a different company and it is NOT their online store even though their name is on it. I eventually requested copies of my pets prescriptions and was written an incorrect prescription so that I had to return to the clinic and get a new prescription.

We just got back from spring break and noticed that our dog was sick. He has alot of allergies during this time of year and we noticed he had been digging at his ear (which usually means an ear infection for him). So we got him into Bridgeview to get checked out. After looking at him the Vet came back with a huge list of things that were "wrong" with him that she was concerned about. My husband and I definitely felt like we were being sold alot of things that our dog just didnt need....like a power vitamin that you mix in your dogs food each day and it helps with digestive issues (an issue my dog doesnt even have!). The bill would have been $600 if we would have agreed to everything. We will be buying our dogs medicine and supplies online from now on and will also be looking for a different vet.

I went to Bridgeview for a 2nd opinion for a mass that my poor Sassy had. It was a wonderful experience! The have a coupon for a free first time exam, so I saved $45 dollars! The staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgable. They explained to me the test that needed to be done, how much it would cost, and my payment options before they did anything. Thankfully the mass was nothing that we needed to worry about! My previous veternarian told me we needed to remove it quickly and told me it was going to cost me over $1000!! Bridgeview saved me tons of money and also saved my Sassy from an un-needed surgery! Needless to say, this is the vet where I will be taking all my pets from now on! Thank you Dr. Graves and Staff! They offer sincere, personalized care. After our first visit with our new puppy, they called us just to check in and make sure Stella was doing well. Then a week or so later we received a cute, purple dog tag with her name, our phone number, and the Bridgeview phone number on it. We didnt even expect it! Weve had a couple emergencies in the first year with Stella and each time they have seen her immediately and again, called shortly after to make sure she was better. I love their emails telling us their holiday schedules and what to do in case we need help when they are closed. All the staff are kind and so careful with Stella. And they perfectly trim Stellas nails, which we are just too chicken to do. I recommend them without any hesitation!

When we called to schedule an appointment to get my kitten neutered they told us the wrong price or I should say, they under estimated it. They told us the cost without including the anesthesia. As if we are going to have our kitten neutered without that! They also didnt tell us about all the other vaccinations they required our kitten to have until that morning as well. Which ended up costing us more than $100 over the price they had mentioned to us on the phone. However, they did do a good job on the surgery. Our kitten never seemed to be in pain and was playing again the next day. Overall, the staff was friendly, the surgery went great but I do not like how they like to run up a large unexpected bill on you. So be cautious of that.

I love the staff at Bridgeview, they all know my dogs well. Most of my visits just consist of a quick check up or nail trim, but there have been a few other visits over the years. Neither of my dogs seem to mind even going there or walking thru the door. I have had a few experiences there which I thought would cost a ton and ended up costing little to in one case nothing! Dr. Graves is an amazing human being and most of his staff are the same. They always call the next day after anything is done to check on your beloved pet. My only complaint would be the cost of the food they sell, but thats somewhat expected as they dont have the inventory or distribution as say Petsmart does. Thanks Bridgeview Chris & Michelle Peanut & Dax

I cant say enough about Bridgeview Animal Hospital. Dr. Graves and Dr. Campbell and the entire staff are very compassionate and caring. I am always greeted with a smile and I know that my fur-babies are in the best of hands whenever I bring them in for a visit. Oreo & Karma are more than just cats they are part of my family. Oreo is currently being treated for a very serious abscess and I am very happy to report that he is getting better, thanks to all of these fine people. If you are looking for a Vet, I highly recommend Bridgeview.
