LFMO has been my primary care office for 5+ years. I started out with Dr. Huerter and then moved to Dr. Harris because Dr. Huerter wasnt comfortable treating me with phentermine. She is a fantastic doctor, she just didnt want to get into that. Since going on the phentermine I have lost 30 and kept off 20, and am still very slowly and safely losing a little weight every month. I am exponentially happier, healthier, and motivated. It changed my life and gave me hope. My weight is complicated by an underlying adrenal insufficiency and changes to diet and exercise alone never helped much, just made me feel perpetually fatigued and hungry and demoralized. Now I enjoy exercise and make healthier choices because they *do* matter. Before the phen nothing mattered. I got the same result regardless of how healthy my lifestyle and diet were - no matter what I did, I only ever felt tired and sad. Now I make healthier choices because Im not tired all the time, and while they still dont make a big impact on my weight (the phen does) they do make an impact on how I feel. I couldnt tell before because all I felt was tired all the time, and joyless. Now I can tell the difference between sleepy and fatigued, between tired and depressed. A meal of fruits and veggies and cheese perks me up. A vigorous hike makes me feel flushed and happy. Im still overweight but have lost more than 10% of my total weight and gained back 100% of my optimism and good cheer. It gave me back a range of motion on my feelings and energy. I used to have to fight myself and "fake it til you make it" to be in good spirits. And I hardly ever get sick now, too. I am grateful every day for the change this made in my life. I also adore Dr. Harriss nurse Kristi. She is on point! Organized and efficient and responsive and kind, with a great sense of humor. I get the sense that they like each other a lot. All the doctor and nurse pairs at LFMO function like a real partnership. It is a good place, good vibes from all that positivity. The front desk practice manager Linda is generally my first point of contact and shes fantastic too. The front desk is air traffic control and crazy busy but Linda always has time and bandwidth to give a reassuring smile and greeting. I feel like she asks good questions and understands what my concerns are when I call to make an appointment, and she is caring. The times Ive been worried or stressed out about an injury, Ive found her demeanor professional and kind and affirmative. Everyone in this practice seems to be integrated into it as part of a whole in which everyone is helping everyone else. Most medical practices seem more like the people have separate jobs and you cant really tell how much they work together. At this point I think LFMO is all women - medical and management - and one really cute male phlebotomist. I think thats neat, especially since the team spirit is so tangible and the practice is such a good one.

Been using Dr. Harris and her wonderful nurse Kristi for about 2 and a half years now. This is my 3rd pregnancy- my second with Dr. Harris and I could never think of having another doctor/nurse team. They care about ME and are very supportive which ive never found a doctor who left their personal thoughts out of treating me and my children. And because of that, my first birth was horrid but my second was breazy and I was left COMPLETELY happy with the entire pregnancy and delivery. Very open, supportive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease. Which is why she is also my family of soon to be 5s general practitioner. My only negative thought is how rude, and dismissive the new phone workers are. I have high anxiety talking to front desks or calling businesses (like calling for an appt) and the previous front desk staff was wonderful! But it seems that there is a completely new front desk staff that leaves much to be desired. Great staff in the lab, always have wonderful sonographers, and other doctors (Dr. Huerter in particular) are very nice.

Dr. Bruner is a waste of your copay. He pretty much seems only concerned with getting you out the door as fast as possible so he can get back to whatever he was doing before. Hes dismissive, inattentive and usually surly. The support staff at LFMO is good as long as youre not dealing with Dr. Bruners nurse who is best described as "crusty." The other doctors Ive seen on emergency visits are very knowledgeable and personable, special props to Dr. Harris. However, everyone Ive seen here has the same rushed feeling each appointment. Its almost like they all have a 2pm tee time and your appointment is the only thing keeping them in the office. EVERY VISIT.

Dr. Bruner needs to retire already. I thought doctors were supposed to have sensitivity training. After one visit, my entire self-image crumbled to the ground and instead of wanting to solve my weight issues in a healthy and positive way, I left the office before getting my blood work because I was about to break down. When I got home, I cried to my boyfriend for hours about getting Lap Band and being a worthless, fat human being. I will never set foot in that office again.

Avoid Dr. Bruner at all costs. As another reviewer said, he is extremely dismissive and spends the least amount of time with you that is possible. I came in for knee pain and he spent about a minute on my knee before saying I should just take aleve and deal with it. The rest of the appointment was spent going off on me because I couldnt tell him the exact onset age of certain family members health conditions. I dont appreciate being treated that way. Frustrating.

I have seen Dr. Vaugh, Dr. Barnes and several other doctors when there was an emergency. They are caring people, and very knowledgeable. I love their opening times, which include evenings and Saturday. I had no problem with billing. They were very willing to work with my insurance company when there was a problem with a bill. I dont know what I would have done without Dr. Vaughn when I got breast cancer. She was a pillar and tremendous source of knowledge.

Dr. Kimuri and Debbie Miller are an amazing team! It is so nice to have a medical "family hub" to go to. They took care of my husband and I during pregnancy and delivery and now take care of our beautiful little girl as well. Having one doctor who can do it all has so many perks, we couldnt be more happy with our choice! The front desk staff is always nice and makes you feel right at home, I recommend them to everyone I know.

Horrible support staff. Dr. Nichols is never available and when she went on vacation she didnt even line out another doctor to cover her patients. Ill be filing a complaint with my insurance provider as well. How you expect to treat people like that and be so incompetent is beyond me. Absolutely disgusted with the experience I had.

Awful experience with two month checkup for daughter. Had a 1pm appointment and after waiting for 40 min the receptionist said our appointment was 145pm. My wife actually had the card that said 1pm. They proceeded to say it was somehow our fault.
