Customer Support

This office does not believe in customer service -- they believe that patients are an inconvenience. Expect to beg and plead for a same day appointment. They close entirely for lunch and the phones go to an automated system that doesnt even allow you leave you a message. The phone system is a mess. Your only option for questions is to leave a message with for PA and wait for a call back. That call back will be at their convenience. Amazingly, if you use the option for "make an appointment" and complain a bit you magically get through to the PA. The doctors and PAs are very pleasant and knowledgeable, but theyre failing horribly on the business and customer communication side.

Horrible office staff! They speak to you in a very rude tone. Doctors are fairly good, however, I think they do not spend enough time with patients to know what is really wrong. I have been misdiagnosed several times.

Do not sign anything they give you! You will be charged for services you did not get.very poor front desk and doctors and clueless. Used to be a great health care provider but that is no longer case sad to say.
