I work in the oil and gas business, Dr. Kuo has been my doctor since moving to Houston 4 years ago. Over a year ago I hurt my knee, at the time Dr. Kuo ordered an x-ray and referred me to a specialist. Im out of state for work and need to see an orthopedic now. I called Dr. Kuo and asked if he could order an MRI and send my files to the orthopedic. The blame was put back on me because I never went to see the specialist when I first hurt it. "I agree I should have fixed my knee over a year ago, what can I say life got in the way." "Sorry Sir, youll have to come by the office." The bottom line if your looking for a general doctor who can help you in your time of need, especially if you travel for work, dont start here! Ive gone in every year for a check up, the guy knows who I am and that Im always traveling. He also knows Im working with a specialist about the same knee I reported to him, but still wont write an order....Useless!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The place was not too bad, and the doctor was easygoing, but He does not know ANYTHING!!!! It seems like he googled my problem and the answer in front of me, and his recomendations were completely amateur, my mom would have done a way better job.
