Absolutely terrible customer service. I signed up with Dr Sheih as my PCP when he was supposedly practicing near my house. Come to find out, he never comes to that location. Naturally I only discovered this when I needed to see him urgently after an ER visit for a referral. His entire staff was not Helpful and was extremely rude.
