Dr Knafo is a fabulous Doctor! She has been my Doctor for a few years now and has always guided me very well in my health care. Her outgoing and strong personality makes it easy to open up with her and you can see she is being transparent and honest. She listens, is very knowledgeable and doesnt leave anything unchecked if she sees need to explore it further. Carol Maning, the Nurse practitioner, is also excellent. I just had an appointment with her because Dr Knafo didnt have an appointment until a few weeks from now, and I am very pleased with my experience. Its obvious she cares very much for the patient, has a lot of knowledge and doesnt just want to quickly medicate to solve the problem, but rather explores the quality of life and treatment balance. There is great communication between the Doctor, nurses and rest of staff.

Id rather cut off my own leg than go here ever again. For a routine physical, I have Quest Diagnostics calling me about $65 in tests I never asked for (just like the other review here). That was in February. Its July. Still not fixed after 12 phone calls and faxing over the same paperwork 3 times. Plus, I was prescribed Vitamin D....took 4 weeks to fill the prescription because this office never contacted my pharmacy and, following 1 week of the run around, getting shouted at by one of their staff on the phone, lied to bc they never submitted it, I THEN found out they spelled my name wrong on the RX they turned in two days before I picked it up. This place needs to be shut down, its already empty when you walk in there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have had many doctors over the years and have to say that Dr. Knafo, Nurse Manning et al have excellent bedside manner, and show a concern for their patients. They both take the time to listen to you, unlike many other doctors, and seem to really be engaged with their patients. My wife converted me over to this location and since Ive made converts of the rest of my family. I recommended this office to my own family, and I recommend them to you.

I moved to Texas from Ohio 3 years ago. I had amazing Doctors there and it was important to find some just as amazing here in Texas. I was referred to Dr Elizabeth Knafos office and I am eternally grateful for it. They are very knowledgeable and provide great service. I never have a problem with making an appointment or emergency appointment. The office staff does its best to accommodate me as a patient.
