No recomiendo hir allí tuve muy mala experiencia estaba buscando un medico cerca de mi casa y al ver la oficina me alegre al momento detuve mi auto para hacer una cita.fui a la cita para un examen anual para saber como estaba porque me sentía mal así que me sacaron sangre para el examen y me dijeron que en 3 días me llamarían para darme los resultados pero nunca llamaron así que después de 1 semana llame y me dijeron que me llamaría la doctora Fabiana pero nunca recibí la llamada .Hable varias veces para preguntar pero siempre dijeron lo mismo que me llamaría la doctora pero nunca llamo paso casi 4semanas y fui a la oficina para preguntar x los resultados y para mi asombro la recepcionista me dio una copia solamente yo la quedo mirando y le dije pero yo a esto no le entiendo nesecito que alguien que sepa me lea estos resultados y ella me dijo dame tu numero de teléfono alguien te va llamar para explicarte pero esa llamada nunca llego así que tuve que hir con otro medico para que me leyera los resultados digo que clase de médicos son para que trabajan en algo que no les gusta con la salud no se juega ..gracias a Dios no salí con algo muy mal pero si colesterol alto así que no se los recomiendo a nadie...

I dont recommend this place if your looking for mutual respect. It takes quite a bit of time to even get anyone to pick up the phone, had to keep calling because when I transfered to speak with Doctor Veras clinical team, the call would end. Finally was able to speak with someone in appointments and was transferred to Mike, who is the receptionist. He is extremely rude and finds customers a nuisance in both person and over the phone, not sure he understands his position as being a receptionist. I cant complain on anyone else in the office, not overly friendly but they do get the job done in a quick professional manner, unlike the pretentious receptionist Mike. Not huge on google reviews but everytime I have an encounter with Mike its always so off putting so if you can get past horrible customer service as an first impression, the clinic is not half bad.

Horrible Clinic ! You can never get anyone to answer the phone, even being inside the clinic you can see them ignoring the phone constantly ringing staff is eating and joking around,& talking to the patients as if they are not intelligent . The doctor I saw Francisco Vera had less then a 2 minute visit with me & talked to me as if I were a dumb child, im.37 weeks pregnant and have been waiting for a darn call back and referral to see a OB doctor so I dont have to deliver without an epidural, the staff nor the doctor has taken this serious, I even set up patient portal and got no response . The doctor told me I was killing him because I misplaced my prenatal in transit from my last duty station down to here , as if it were to much for him to prescribe me new ones , and yes I am a military service member, such lack of professionalism empathy and respect.

I should have been warned by customer service soon as i walked in. Doctor acted as if she didnt care about my illness or pain. She said she would send my medication to the pharmacy. Apt was on Wed. Today and Friday and she has yet to send anything. Called several times and left a voicemail they never return. Even the answering service told me they always have a hard time getting them to answer the phone. Ridiculous. Answering service now referring me to their supervisor to try to get me some help. Its been over 20min waiting for this supervisor to come on the phone. I do better go back to the office to make sure they do their job.

Its the worst place. Doctors Shatel Patel office provide the worst service. I have to wait months to get referral or test result. They never return phone calls. I have to come to the clinic to get it. Waiting long time before they even speak with me. Then they taking phone number and promise to call back but never do it so I have to come back again. After more than month waiting referrals its not ready and they even havent started working on it and told me to come after 3 weeks. Stuff is bad always lie. If you are okay spending an hour and half of your day waiting to see a doctor then this is the place to go. I had an apointment time and waited 45 minutes just to get checked in by the front desk waited another 15 minutes to get called to the room and another 30 minutes waiting on the doctor. I was so upset i decided not to wait any longer so when i went to the check out desk to ask for a refund, the receptionest responds that the guy who checked me out had clocked out for the day and she could not refund me that she would have to wait for the manager who was out all week for meetings.

I DO NOT recommend this clinic!!! I went there once when I first moved to Spring. Since then their automated system continues to call my phone multiple times a day.. I have called their office numerous time to ask for my number to be removed from their system and still the calls continue.. I have received 5 calls from them in just the last two days. I am about ready to file a complaint for harassment.

Staff is very professional and kind. The doctors will call you personally while waiting on results to make sure you know they havent given up on you. Not a long wait and they open at 8 which is great for people on theyre way to work.
