I called and made an appointment in the am. I gave them my insurance info over the phone, they verified, then called me back with times available. Afternoon, no problem. I get there and dude tells me they cant see me because my insurance card isnt the original mailed copy. The one I gave them was printed off my insurance website. What the hell is the difference? When pressed, dude said it was up to some lady in the back. He went over and told him no. So now its the afternoon, its too late to get an appointment anywhere else and since its Friday, have to wait until Monday for a new appointment (elsewhere). Btw I used to go here all the time but havent been in 3 years because Ive been relatively healthy. Ive asked friends and some that are in the health care business and they said this is not the norm and I shouldnt have been refused. Dont go here.

At first he was good. But after I went to the hospital for pneumonia for 6 weeks and a month in rehab his office was absolutely incompetent. It took a month to get a nebulizer because the reason he put on the forms that he was ordering it was because I smoked. Not because I had pneumonia repertory failure and COPD . They also referred me to an orthopedic Dr who did not deal with the spine.Theyy get one more chance to see if they can get it right.

I visited this doctor today and was so happy with the results! The office was very clean and nice. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. The nurse was a little on the witchy side but Doctor Garcia was Awesome!! He was very knowledgeable and when I told him what was going on he knew exactly what i needed. I will be going back to this doctor even though he is not near my new home.

He does not listen to his patients, his nurse is a patronizing witch with a capital B, and his staff causes more chaos than they can fix. Especially NOT recommended for those with arthritis and/or autoimmune/autoinflammatory diseases.

If I could I would give this place a "ZERO" star rating. Front office staff is very rude, and unprofessional. They are not there for the best interest of the patient. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU NEED A REFERRAL!!

Bad place to go,the médical assistant can not check an insurence, Many days waitting to know if this doctor accept my insurence, they not Care about the people!!
