Professional and nice and easy to talk to. Hes become busier lately with motr patiencr but really does try to take the time with you if you have questions or concerns etc. Been coming for years no issues was not afriad to day he didnt know something and would recommend another Dr or specialist. He is a family man and well hes into family medicine so it fits nicely for him. Most of the nurses there have worked for him for awhile it seems the newer ones are maybe still just catching on. Over all nice staff nice and very clean place and professional and for a Drs office you feel comfortable.

My family has been coming here for years... I called today to get looked at for an ear infection. Sorry - no appt avail until next week. Really? Its an ear infection. You cant put me in at the end of the day or tell me youll call if somebody cancels, nothing? This is the first time Ive actually ever felt like I needed to see him for something quickly because I have some pain. Im going to CVS Clinic instead. Kuo is a great Dr to see as long as you dont need to see him quickly for anything causing you pain today.

The reviews are accurate, he is nice and a good conversationalist. The issue is with his receptionists. I called them twice to get a prescription called in; they were suppose to call me back, but never did. I called a third time and explained to the lady that previously they never called me back. She did call back and told me my Rx had been called in. When I went to the pharmacy it had never been called in. Now, I am calling the forth time trying to get a prescription filled.

Lets just say, the reviews were accurate. Great doctor (so far). Went in for a routine physical & to get established with a PCP, walked out without one complaint. Im usually standoffish towards male doctors, but he made me feel comfortable. He took the time to get to know me as a new patient , in addition to answering any questions & addressing any concerns that I had. His M.A was nice as well , very friendly & professional. I think Ive found my new PCP :)

Reception desks are pretty much standard in Houston, you rarely ever get rude or obnoxious service, so Ill skip past that even though dr Kuos staff are quiet but friendly and very efficient. Dr Kuo himself - ace! Talks you through your issues rather than going down the prescription route. Such a breath of fresh air to meet a doctor who understands his role in your health and wellness. Highly recommended Nice guy too ...

Great experience with a good doctor that listens and tries to help. I completely disagree with a previous post about him just trying to take your money and give you a prescription to drugs. In my experience he tries his best to keep you away from addictive substances and wants to actually help (or find someone who can).

Dr. Kuo is an exceptional doctor with awesome bedside manner. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to talk with him and he sits and listens to all I have to say. Then he not only understands and make recommendations accordingly, he explains his logic thoroughly and answers any questions I have.

Just another dr. Trying to over charge my insurance co. Miss diagnosed me on two issues and didnt even really check on either issue. Waste of my time and money. Please find a real dr. If you have real issues. If your trying to get drugs for your addiction this is the place to get a script.
