I visited Dr. Nagi July of 2016. I went in for a wellness checkup to get a discount on my insurance. I was billed incorrectly and after 6 months of calling back and forth my insurance finally called with me on a conference. Dr. Nagis office was completely unprofessional blaming me for their mis-coding and billing. My insurance finally got them to correct their mistakes but the office was completely horrible yelling at my insurance and myself during the conference call. Arlene in the billing office WAS HORRIBLY RUDE, YELLING, AND BLAMED ME, THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR BILLING MISTAKES. I was also billed for items I was told I wouldnt be by Dr. Nagi. What should have been a routine wellness visit to get a discount on my insurance has turned into a nightmare and Im at a loss of $139. I will never visit this office or Dr. Again.

Great doctor. She listens and make sure you understand everything. Iiesha (receptionist) is so welcoming in person and over the phone. They always have appointments available, even the same day and are never packed so they can give you one on one time. I have insurance, but my husband went to see her and the prices are very reasonable.
