If you can go elsewhere for care, I recommend that. Wait time is always an hour+, even for 5 minute appointments. The staff are not aware of whats happening. Ive seen them call people in the waiting room that have already been in the back and not know who you are or what the doctor has prescribed for you when you get back to the front. Theyve made errors with my prescriptions and insurance. I was sent to another room to get blood taken and had to correct the nurse on what she was testing. No one ever called me with the results. I had an echo and again, no one ever told me the results. They also do not appear very professional, i.e. laughter in serious situations and taking me to the back only to take me up front and ask me to wait a little longer. Some nurses are very kind. Others will not make eye contact and sound like they are rehearsing a script. Privacy is an issue. The doors do not block sound and Ive heard several peoples personal conversations with the Doctor while in my own room or getting my vitals taken. Appointment reminders will come from strange cell phone numbers and multiple people will call requesting confirmation, even if youve already given it. The restrooms are dirty. Although Dr. Bhondi tends to overprescribe and is not always culturally sensitive, he very kind and understanding. Thats the only reason this office gets a star.

They had me waiting in a room for over two hours no one never came and seen me or tell me that the doctor is not available right now so I went out the room and asked him what was the problem Oh we sorry Np Tony is busy he be out in a few. Okay so you schedule me a appointment for 1pm And its now 2:45pm someone could have came back to the room and said something. So I left with out being seen I was mad as hell Tony is a nice person but the professionalism is terrible there so I go back too him the following Friday again my appointment was set for 1pm I sat in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours no one said anything too me I had to get up and go to the doctor desk and asked why did you let this lady go before me my appointment was before hers no respond well let me check the staff said so she comes back well we only have two rooms and they have some people in them. Me getting livid mad they say his lunch is at one then why in the hell would you schedule anyone around this time frame And as though this was not enough their rooms dont have a sink or sterilize my daughter is a nurse there werent any locks on the disposal box for needles disposal the hand sanitizer was empty so they did not wipe down the table I am out finding me a new doctor.

I have been going for three years to this Clinic my primary doctor has up and left because Im sure the circumstances of this disgusting clinic and now my second position is leaving at the end of May that tells you a lot if the doctors dont even want to be there. Last Friday I went in and spoke two one of the nurses to schedule me in for Monday 5 oclock appointment and when I come there was no appointment set up for me they were forced to put me in when I came in they try to put me in a room someone was already occupying with dirty things everywhere period And when I asked to use the restroom there was stool all over the toilet smelled extremely disgusting then I went to pay and the lady forgot to give me back my bank card before I even came up there I called and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes for them to tell me yes my card was there and then they fail to tell me that they mixed it up with one of the employees temporary cards so to Temporary cards no one knows which one is mine they failed to tell me that so I could have just went to Bank of America and cancelled it. This place is completely unprofessional its disgusting and Im filing a complaint with the city and the state I want this place shut down

Unprofessional disgusting cheap place They did my abdomen ultra sound & I was suppose to get reports in 3 days but They never send me report till I called them after waiting for 7 days & after delay what they have send me is report with their own doctors name as referring doctor where as they were suppose to mention my doctors name on report as a referring doctor who ordered me ultra sound. Due to this my doctor was not trying to help me cause she thought Im seeing some other doctor & that other doctor ordered me ultra sound I called these guys explained about their mistake & asked them to revise my report by soecifyin my doctors name as a referring Doctor & I clearly specified them to fax it to my doctor plus email me but they never send it to my doctor they just emailed me revised poorly scanned copy which was very very hard to read. Saving few bucks with this kind of service is not worthit

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!! The staff there are terrible. Phlebotomist is unprofessional, and was never able to get my grandmas blood. She started off very nice, but after having difficulty sticking my grandma her attitude completely changed. Wait times there are HORRENDOUS. Dr. Garrison was nice and thorough however for one appt we waited more than 2 hours before finally leaving because my grandmother couldnt wait any longer, she needed to eat. Calling the office and getting them to do anything is impossible. Ive been waiting 3 days for them to fax over orders for my grandma to get her biopsy and fax a referral for her to see ENT. I would not recommend this office to anyone and my grandmother has switched offices entirely.

Went one time only but it is the absolute last time. I waited 3 hours and 30 minutes to see Dr.Bhondi. When i finally saw Dr.Bhondi I asked him if the extremely long wait was common and he said it was. He noticed how upset I was and just as I was about to tell him how upset I am, he changes the subject. Offers no apology or pretty much show any care really. He must think the long waits are normal, WELL THEY ARE NOT! Hes no magician either! So i will gladly take my business/ health somewhere else! Also his staff has that same unapologetic, unprofessional attitude! His staff also failed to refill my prescription, instead the prescription paper had the tests I needed written down.

This place has been giving me the run around I went there in March I paid with my CC almost 400 dollars. A few weeks pass and I get a bill from MDL which I shouldnt have received. The staff are all very unprofessional. Why am I getting a bill from this place. Im talking to different staff members they are all saying different stories. Oh well lets see what happens from now on.

Today was my second time going! and i walked out just now because i had an appointment at 10:30 and it has been 2 hours and no sign of the doctor! first time there they took 3 hours to just get my pressure checked! Horrible experience! they are not organized at all! and when i left i saw the doctor on hos computer taking all the time of the life! DONT RECOMMEND
