This office is ran awesome. The phone call was friendly and informative. The office is very nice, it is located in building 300, floor 2, had some trouble at first no outside signs. The forms are all done online and from home before the visit! Amazing no paper work, all I had to do was sign on an iPad once I got there. I was scheduled for the first open date, but they said they would call if anything opened up, and I was called and asked if I could come in that day. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. My Hygienist was awesome, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained things I have never heard of in 27 years. Dr. Lo was awesome, very friendly, down to earth and positive. What I liked is she started talking personal talk with the Hygienist but then stopped herself and said Ill talk to you after. My last dentist would talk about his miserable life while doing work Thanks!

Dr Los office made a same day appointment for me, a new patient who needed emergent intervention related to a broken tooth. Everyone in the office exuded a friendliness and professionalism that was genuine rather than perfunctory. Dr. Lo was very personable and willing to explain everything that was being done. She explained the pros and cons to the various treatments available. Honestly, the experience was a nice surprise in a healthcare environment that usually makes you feel like just another number.

From someone who hates the dentist this place is by far the best dentist to go to. Not only are they caring and concerned while working on your teeth they are also very very skilled at what they do. For anyone who hates the dentist this is the place to go. Best in the practice bar none. Dr Lo is the best dentist in the world in my opinion and I would recommend her to anyone but especially those who hate the dentist this is the place to go.

I saw Dr. Grace Lo, DDS. She was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on in my mouth. She also made sure to alert me of what she was going to do in my mouth before she did it. There were no surprises. My appointment was for 3:30 and I was seen at 3:35. The hygienist was also wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and did not have water spraying all over my face. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been visiting this practice for well over 20 years, twice each year for routine cleanings & checkups, and the occasional filling, etc. The staff is well trained and the dental equipment is first rate. If you want the least expensive, you should go elsewhere. However, if you want great care, you should come here.

I have been going there for years! Everyone there are all like my family. I even fall asleep when getting my teeth done.... from cleaning to fillings :) Thats how comfy I am.... A Great job always guaranteed !
