Had a cleaning done here. Then the doctor came in looked at my insurance on the paperwork and saw what plan I was on. The hygienist and doctor almost did like some strange eye contact with each other and pointing it out on the paper like two little kids in class trying to pass notes before a teacher saw them doing something they aren’t suppose to be doing. Afterwards, the doctor barely even looked at my teeth. Just held the xrays up in the air and told me I had 3 cavities but when I asked where he wouldn’t tell me the specific teeth. Then all of sudden they were packing up the folder and walking out telling me I can make an appointment out front to get the fillings done. Something seemed very strange about the way they were talking to me and withholding information. I did not feel comfortable that I just all of a sudden had 3 cavities since my previous history has been only 1 out of my entire life. Also I knew my plan doesn’t cover composite fillings. When I kept asking whether or not it was covered they kept saying yes. Then I continued to ask more questions and finally got out of the receptionist that silver fillings are covered and not composite. They were just going to withhold that information and fill my teeth with silver and didn’t even ask which one I preferred. It was super sketchy. It was like they were pressuring me into making another appointment to get fillings done. I told them I would not be having them done. Weeks later I went to another dentist to receive a second opinion and that dentist looked and found NONE. Surprisingly, those 3 cavities just disappeared apparently overnight….needless to say this dentist is just in the business for the money.

Dont go here unless you have really good teeth. All three of the fillings my family got here were such poor quality that they either abscessed within months so the teeth had to be pulled or the fillings cracked and needed to be replaced. They never even bothered to xray my sons teeth in the three years we went there and when we switched him to a pediatric dentist they found six more significant cavities that could have been caught much earlier if they had x-rayed. They dont even have digital x-rays (they use film) or the things that vibrate when they clean your teeth. It seem like they are about 10 years behind the times. I did like that they always made sure my insurance would cover the work or they told me exactly how much it would cost in advance.

Terrible experience at this practice. The dentist make you feel you are a burden when you revisit the office multiple times for the same existing problem. You are not greater or treated with respect, very poor bed side manners . The same holds true of Dr. Schulman. He was not concerned about my Mothers dental issues ,rather he wanted more out of pocket,money from a widowed senior citizen to "correct" the problem. Needless to say she is not dishing out any more out of pocket costs, rather she will get another opinion from a reputable dentist. This practice and their "doctors" are not interested in their patients concerns but rather on making lots of money at their customers expense.

Best experience I have ever had with a dentist. The entire staff is wonderful. I only wish I still lived in CT so I could continue to be Dr. Stanley Schulmans patient. I have yet to find a practice that comes close to offering the quality, compassion, and service I received from Dr. Schulman and his practice. I just cant say enough wonderful things about this Dental and Implant Center.

Very bad experience, i end up removing 2 teeth he cleaned and fill.. both got infection on the root, cause of using dirty instreament. I paid 1600 dollars for my teeth to be damaged, spent 5 hours in emergency room soon az the numbing agent stop working my mouth became a war zone.. i wish this practice go to hell for what fhey did to me. Ahh i want give them less them 0 star

Awesome practice! My last dentist was just horrible and even though the office is an hour away from Ill still take the drive cause hes that good. Takes his time to talk with me and give me options on whats in my best interest. The staff is phenomenal, from administration to the assistants. Would I recommend anyone to the office? Uh, heck yeah!
