After reading some of these reviews, I would have to say that about six months ago, I would have agreed. However, since the Farmington Clinic has opened and new staff has appeared at the Centerville clinic, I am very pleased with the care I have been receiving. I had been going to IHC because of the difficulty in making appointments and receiving care. One doctor in particular had missed a very big diagnosis for me at the time and IHC found it. Now, I have a hard time getting in to IHC and went back to the U of U and found the new staff to be very friendly, concerned for my well being and follow up is impeccable! Jennifer Palonokis has been incredible to work with and I feel she is very concerned about my well being. She took the time to review my previous medical history in depth and listens to what I tell her is going on with my body. I couldnt be happier that I have found someone again who I feel I can trust to talk to about my health and body. Give this clinic a chance, they have resources available and are willing to help their patients!

The instacare is terrible. I had to go back three times to get a simple thing taken care of I have an extremely infected finger, at first they didnt even prescribe a painkiller then the next day I came back and paid another 100 bucks they prescribed a painkiller that only kind of works for 1.5 hours to 3 hours but you can only take it every six hours, I went back again to change my antibiotic because Im allergic to what they prescribed me and asked them if its normal to have the painkiller be so ineffective, they basically told there was nothing they can do. I just dont really feel like they listen well to my medical issue. Im paying for this out of pocket, no insurance so I dont go to the doctor unless its a absolute emergency so to have the staff not really listen to me when I say Im at a pain lever 7 really pisses me off. I guess I shouldve just ate moldy bread and hit up the liquor store, that wouldve been more effective than going to the clinic.

This has to be the worse insta care place I have ever been to. First time I went there I had a terrible experience with the family planning doctors to a point I wish I had gone somewhere else. The second time I went I figured since it was for a different reason it would be a different experience. Nope. After explaining what was wrong and what I needed (I have suffered migraines for 15 years, I know what I need for my care) they tried to tell me I couldnt take a medicine for my migraines I have taken for years. Turns out it would have been the wrong medicine anyways. I will never go back. Both Physician assistants need more training. The lack of knowledge at the place is a little alarming. Suggest going to any other insta cares other than this one.

If youre in need of a family doctor look no further than the new doctor here - Dr. Charles White. We have been to see him with our children a few times recently and cant say enough about his demeanor and bedside manner. He is kind, friendly, thorough, and patient. Its so rare these days to see a doctor and not feel like hes rushing to get to his next patient. Charles NEVER rushes through his appointments and always makes our kids feel comfortable. His diagnosis have always been spot on. Factor in this is a University of Utah clinic and you simply cannot lose. IHC has owned the Utah market for so long but doesnt own it anymore. We dont go to the Instacare in Bountiful anymore. Take my word for it, give Dr. White a try and you wont look back.

I used to see Dr. Anisman who was great, but I somehow was switched over to Rayleen Greathouse. After my last visit I was awaiting results on my blood work and instead of calling me herself, she had a receptionist call me (while I was on vacation in Europe) and with a completely un empathetic tone told me I had been diagnosed with a disease and asked if I wanted to make another appointment? I cant believe someone who is supposed to be my primary care person didnt take a few minutes of her day to call me personally with news I wasnt expecting. It showed a lack of caring and empathy for what is going to be a life changing moment in my life, and that I am just a paycheck for her. I would not recommend her to friends or family.

Im not a person who usually leaves bad reviews but I feel this Instacare really needs to improve their P.A. doctors or they wont last long in Centerville because of poor service! They already have many bad reviews! After many visits to this facility over the past years which none have been great, yesterday was the worst. The doctor was rude, codescending and very unprofessional in his appearance and demenor. I will never recommend or use this facility again!

The lady at the front desk is nuts she greats me twice now with there is a wait. No hello or how are you doing. She gets her phone out and facetimes with her kids. I like the doctors here but she is not welcoming at all!

Really unhappy with my visit. it took 30 minutes to check in. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me, decicing I should just have taken an over the counter medicine. I will go to my regular doctor next time.
