Wow just moved to AZ. Health Choice assigned me a Dr. 1 hour before appointment Dr. called they do not except Health Choice. Had shingles...asked for nearest urgent care, Insurance said one in mesa, one in tempe and one on central phoenix. I live in Goodyear. Had to pay to see a Doctor close by 100 percent because every doctor I called is not taking Health Choice Value at this time. This gets better.... I go in to get my prescription my ID doesnt work. No one seems to know why... Walgreens could not process my insurance. Walgreens called insurance company twice, no one could explain. Again needed my pills so I paid cash 100 percent out of pocket. My question is... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WHEN HEALTH CHOICE IS GETTING 800.00 A MONTH and I can not get care????? who do you go to? the insurance commissioner ? HELP!!!! i can not even rate this one star but again have to so this will post... i give it negative review...note the customer service was good she answered the phone with in 5 min, but she can not do anything about this.

If there were an option for "no stars" - I would choose this rating. Apart from being billed twice for the same month, it seems impossible to cancel the insurance policy. There seems no connection or communication between them and the Market Place, and they keep blaming each other for not keeping track of what they are doing. Market Place claims that my insurance started and ended on the same day! Now they are "investigating" my case, and the ordeal should have been finished this week. I have just heard from a customer rep that it might be over by next week. Ive been trying to cancel the insurance for over a month now. Needless to say, I got my invoices for July and August :( Please avoid this insurance if you can!

Absolutely terrible insurance company. They constantly are filled with excuses why you cant get ahold of someone. These people suck! Worst service I have ever had the unfortunate experience in dealing with. They hang up on you to avoid you then claim its a faulty phone system. This is what I experienced today as well as 2 months ago. Phones are either giving you a busy signal or hanging up on you. What a joke! The 4 and 5 star ratings are undoubtedly people who are paid to give them a good rating... If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would!!!

This is the worst insurance ever !!!! Im new to Arizona and I was automatically enrolled in the insurance program. This insurance is trash and everyone Ive ever called dont even accept this insurance .. This is the worst insurance in the ahcccs plan . Now I have to wait an entire year before I can change this awful plan . Im so disgusted .if I could I would give them -10 stars they dont even deserve a start at all .

WORST COMPANY EVER! The website in directory providers are all incorrect! Not to include the referral process is crazy. Be prepared to be in the circus, because all you do is jump through hoops and do Tricks to get any answers. Customer service team has to deal with Crazy frustrated customers, Poor things. There should LAWS protecting clients from rip off companies.

My apt is at 1030. They said they would be here at 930 still no one is here. My apt is with a specialist for a surgery thats much needed. Idk what to do. Sadly if I was able to drive I would but my illness keeps me from driving. Now Im so stressed out that my heart rate is sky high and my chest hurts with all this stress. Health choice dont care. And its sad.

This insurance is awful. Every doctor they list on their site does not accept health choice. Ive called many different doctors that theyve provided me with and no luck. i would never get another insurance through the "marketplace" what a horrible experience.

truth is they dont have plenty of places that accept this insurance, but they have great prices! i pay 76$ a month for me and daughter 2 years old and she has doctors for coPAY 7$ AND FREE dentist and eye doctor.

Listen people you have to call Medicaid at Federal level. There are laws about treating Medicaid patients equal.
