Doctor is nice but staff was unhelpful. I waited 40minutes to be called back for my appointment and two other people who came in after me got called back. When I asked one of the ladies if I was going to get called next she simple stated ,,i dont know. Sorry, and walked back into the room. I later on called to reschedule my appointment and explained what happened and the person on the other side didnt even acknowledge my frustration. They stayed quiet and then asked when I could come back. Cannot give a good review with this type of treatment. I felt it was very unprofessional.

Worst experience! Jose Esparza was ridiculously rude. He made very unprofessional comments. In my opinion he is a sorry excuse of a health provider. I suggest training the staff and health providers in a higher professional level that is extremely needed; or better yet hire someone else who is friendly and understanding as a primary care giver. Will not be coming back to this place.

So I called 1 hour before they closed today which is Friday, I waited 20 minutes and nobody picked up, so then I called 30 minutes before they closed, and no one picked up, every time I come here there are always workers just standing around talking , like damn pick up the phone for once, isnt that what you get paid for?!!!

The staff is very rude, specially Christina, she had hang up the phone on me just because I guest she is not in a mood to answer a simple question, Im done with this place not going back ever!
