We were not regular patients, my cat was very ill and old,(25) they were understanding compassionate. Understood that he needed to be put down so that he would not suffer anymore. I called another vet and they said the soonest they could even get us in was 3wks. I was hopeful that my Bubba wouldnt have any other set backs. Well he did any they said bring him in and well help. No pet should suffer, I called the other place and not n Im sorry or what happened nothing. PRAIRIE OAK treated my Bubba with compassion and were caring toward my loss. I watched others come in with their pets (family member) they treated each and every person and loved one as if they were their own. Thank you for helping my Bubba go into the next life peaceful and showing me the compassion for my loss.

They did a fantastic job on my pets surgery, (which was no easy feat since she is an older exotic animal). It was pricey, but she is alive and well. I couldnt be more grateful to them. I highly recommend Dr. Burks.
