This is my dogs vet and we are enrolled in a wellness plan and I went there first thing this monrning. I discovered yesterday that my dog was covered in open sores on her face and paws, which were severely swollen, and they told me they could not see her until MAYBE noon because they were comepletely booked up today or they couldnt even see her at all they had no idea. There was not a person in there and the exam rooms were completely empty. I can not believe that an animal hospital would not see a dog that was clearly in pain and had open, bleeding sores all over her face and paws. I went across the street to southwind and they saw her and gave her antibiotics, she had a bacterial infection. I will never return to this place, please do not let your family pet go to this hospital they do not care at all about your pets.

Weve used the Banfield Wellness plan form a different state and had excellent service. We recently move to Memphis and decided to stay with it. We used this location on Winchester and have not had good service. They hardly ever answer their phone. We were at the location picking up some medicine our dog needed and scheduled an appointment for a follow up for blood work. Arrived for our agreed appointment time and they did not have us on their schedule..About 4 days later my dogs prescription needed to be refilled (insulin) they said they had it so I go in the next day only to find out they did NOT have it and said they were no longer carrying it.. Poor service all around and BAD communication!!!

Cant say enough good things about this vet. My best friend and I are moving to Hawaii and the process of importing animals is long, involved and confusing, not to mention expensive as we have four cats between us! The staff at Banfield were friendly, helpful and a joy to deal with, and the vet, Dr. Blanco, is helping us to figure out all the intricacies of shots and rabies tests and everything that well need for the move. They were kind and respectful to our furry babies. So glad we found a great vet clinic that we can actually afford...for one cat, some places quoted us two thirds of the overall price we paid for all four at Banfield!

Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment with the vet. The staff was friendly and understanding about the wait but I felt my cat was mistreated. She returned from a blood test with two entirely soaked legs in alcohol and bruises on her back leg even though after talking to the doctor, they told me they couldnt even do any tests on my cat. I have been to several vets with my cat before and never had any issues like this before. I will not be returning here and I suggest that anyone looking for a quality vet experience look elsewhere.

This Banfield seems to have a HUGE turnover in office staff and Vets. Each time I tried to buy heart worm medicine and the flea/tick medicines, they would say my dogs heart worm check was out of date after six months. I brought her back 2 days later for the check and they told me it was good for a year and she didnt need it. I came back a month later for some more heart shield and they said her heart check was out of date! Each time she gets a check up (twice annually) its by a different Vet. I quit.

I signed my dog up for a year wellness plan on May 4th. He died August 26th from Lymphoma. Even though I spent nearly 1000.00 dollars on care for my Eddie , including test results, biopsies, and a few monthly premiums ... I find that I will be billed 38.95 every month until April of 2017 even though he is dead! And they charged me 85.00 to euthanize him!

The vets and staff are very nice, but moving from a banfield in NH to TN, has been an experience. Both of my appointments I have had to wait over an hour just to see the vet. Better time management skills would help.
