I have never been to another veterinary clinic that even came close to the quality of this one. It doesnt smell like animals are even present it is so clean. Dr. Wilkerson is kind, impeccable in her work, and has a great deal of compassion. Miss Debbie and Miss Melissa are also as caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. All of the ladies that make up their team are so good humored, fun, and professional, putting their hearts into their work, providing excellent care for your pet and being kind and supportive in good times and in those of crisis. In a world of impersonal big business chain stores with terrible customer care, Big Ridge stands apart and makes you and your loved ones feel like you are in Mayberry. (They even made me see squirrels as kind of cute!) Thank you, Big Ridge!

This was, by far, the best experience Ive ever had a vet. We tried this clinic for the first time a week ago, and Dr. Wilkerson was so attentive, calm, and made me and our dog feel at ease. She also offered some great tips! She listened to what I had to say and took each thing very seriously. I also did not have to wait long. Overall, it was a great experience! I will be bringing my other dogs very soon!
