Personable and professional! Dr. Botros and his team are an exceptional group of people. My first experience here was in November of 16, when I had a tooth chip. I hadnt been to the dentist in a couple of years and was extremely anxious. Since then Ive been back several times to correct the damage of not being under professional care and have loved every visit. Donna at the front desk is so caring and understanding. She patiently and attentively listened to my issues and then helped me figure out my insurance stuff. When I showed up for my appointment she was even more of a joy to interact with in person! Megan, the dental hygienist, is a one of a kind. Not only is she professional, but also the sweetest person. She attentively listens to the problems while putting my mind at ease about any anxiety I experience. Simply a joy and extremely great at her job! Dr. Botros is the most enjoyable dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of encountering. Not only is he amazing at his job, but he shows genuine concerns for his patients. He explained everything to me in a manner I understood, as well as giving the pros and cons. Truly a master of his profession! I enjoy the wonderful people at Strasburg Family Dentistry so much I took my children, 2 and 3 years old, for their first cleaning. Everyone was so good with my children and my kids loved it. They didnt push the kids and were still able to get their job done. I would recommend Dr. Botros and his team to everyone!!! I just moved 20 minutes away and will gladly travel the short distance to remain a patient!! -Elizabeth

If you are looking for a good family or personal dentist, that will treat you fair and honestly and not overcharge you, you need to stop in and see Dr.Botros and his staff. Im 58 years old and have had soft teeth since I was a kid. I was on prescription mouthwash for years to try and harden my teeth. I hadnt been to a dentist now for several years because I couldnt trust them. Of the ones that I had been to all those years, all they wanted to do was "jerk out" old fillings and refill. I was told that I needed to have "root canals" and when I would question ,they wouldnt answer. I decided not to put anymore money into my teeth until they started hurting me, and that time did come Dec.2016. I went to Dr.Botros with the intent of getting all teeth pulled and getting dentures. I let him do the exam and all the ex rays and then he showed me the results.He explained to me why he didnt recommend pulling all my teeth. He laid out a plan and what it would cost me to fix my teeth. At this point, I have one more visit to go and I will be all finished. The front view of my teeth is a major improvement along with other fixes that arent as visible. The experience has been very good. Dr Botros did have to add in a filling not planned for, but thats ok. Speaking about being honest and trusting, Dr Botros also after starting to work on one tooth realized that he didnt need to do a root canal, which saved me hundreds of dollars.There are Dentist out there that would have went ahead and did it and you wouldnt have known the difference. So,A BIG THANK YOU to Dr.Botros and your staff.

After my fiancee had a tooth removed she requested some sort of pain medication and they told her they would call in some motrin for her and call her back when they did (no call) so she dealt with that. Now the extraction point seems to be infected and we called to get some antibiotics and/or for the doctor to look at it to see if she needed antibiotics. She was told that the doctor was at a volunteer site for the day but would call and see what he could do. She again called back 30 minutes later and the lady told her that the doctor said he would call her after he left the event @ 5pm (she called at 11:30am) . So 5 oclock comes no phone call, 6 oclock no phone call, it is now 8pm and still nothing. So I suppose we will go to our regular dentist or the ER to resolve the infection because clearly this dentist does not care. Over priced and under serviced. Back to Thomas family dentistry where we should have went in the first place. Response, Nice to see that you responded to a poor review quicker than you do a patient. Our community is here in Strasburg/Shenandoah county volunteering in another city an hour away does not qualify for our community. The pain medication that the receptionist mentioned was a non narcotic so I am very interested how guidelines would stop you from prescribing Motrin. Antibiotics are also a non narcotic so again why would guidelines prevent you from prescribing those items. A simple phone call would have shown that you were concerned with your patient, however that was outside your personal guidelines.

Great establishment. The building is bran new, so its immaculate inside. Thats very important to me. Everything is state of the art as far as I can tell. The support staff are very friendly and efficient at their jobs. Dr. Botros is confident and knowledgeable and honest. He himself actually caught a billing error that was an honest mistake but could have cost me more money and I probably wouldnt even have caught on to it. He also doesnt try to rope you into any unnecessary procedures to pad his pockets like many other dentists have tried to do in the past. My experience was "recon" so to speak. My wife and kids will be switching over to Dr. Botros as well now. Also, just as a side note, the music they play in the office is like some sort of pleasant ethereal meditation music. Very relaxing. Almost made me want to go to sleep. To Strasburg Family Dentistry: Keep doing what you are doing. Dont change a thing. See you in 6 months!

Great group of people! I hadnt been to the dentist in a few years and ended up needing a root canal (Go to the dentist, people! Its important). Ive never been a huge fan of the dentist, so I was beyond nervous, but the staff treats you like family and immediately makes you comfortable. I would have hated the idea of 4 appointments for one tooth anywhere else, but pleasant staff and a caring doctor makes all the difference! I read the review regarding follow up and its hard for me to believe as that was one of the things I have bragged about to anyone who would listen - the follow up care is truly impeccable. Dr. Botros personally called me on several occasions during this process to check in as well as having his staff call and check in. I have zero complaints and have recommended Strasburg Family Dentistry to all my family and friends and will continue to do so!

I am very thankful to Dr Botros and his staff! His office has a warm, comfortable atmosphere and everyone is relaxed. I broke my tooth and was in so much pain - I called his office and they told me to come immediately so that they could see me. The assistants were very friendly; even though it had passed closing time, they helped keep me calm and Dr Botros took the time to take care of me. He is very gentle and professional and each member of staff are well trained making a good team. I was informed of when the crown would be ready and scheduled my next appointment. On my next visit, the crown was ready just as they said and it fits perfectly that I sometimes forget that I have a crown placed. I have definitely recommended my friends and family to see him and they will not be disappointed!
