Dr. Melcher has been my dentist for many years, since he came out of dental school actually and I have always found both he and his team to be very personable and caring. They do a great job all around. Ive just started seeing Dr. Melcher in the Raleigh office when he switched from working in Cary. Those folks are also pleasant to work with and make you feel at ease in a time when its not always easy to feel good about where you are or what you are about to have done! Always professional and never judgmental about your dental situation! Need a good new dentist? This is your practice to sign up with!

Dr. Melcher and his assistants are very caring. He does a great job talking you through procedures, letting you know what’s going on (if you are the type that likes to know what to expect). The front desk staff are professional and friendly. My hygienists are gentle and I look forward to coming in every 6 months.

Good dental work, horrible policies. Drove over 2 hours for an appointment and got sick as a dog on the way. I arrived early and when they were told that I was too sick and that I wanted to try another day, they charged me $150. Needless to say, I will never be giving these people my business again.
