I have been going to Dr. LeCann now for several years and have never had any issues. I go in for my biannual appointments and have had a couple small consultations and procedures outside of these regular appointments. All of my appointments have had a positive outcome. I usually set each appointment 6 months out and receive a post card reminder as well as an email and text message confirmation. I have always received great customer service from the front desk, hygienists, and from Dr. LeCann. I normally try to schedule my appointment for the beginning of the day at 8:30 am. They have their employee meeting and then once they are finished, usually around 8:30 am, is when they take me straight back. The waiting area and overall practice is always clean and organized so I probably wouldnt mind waiting if I had to (most doctors offices are famous for wait times so I am surprised that people are taken a back if there is one). Overall, they have given me great dental care and feedback/suggestions on topics I had concerns. I enjoy the practice and will continue to see Dr. LeCann and her staff!

Ive been to LeCann Family Dentistry for well over a year now (perhaps close to 2). My experience has been phenomenal. I rarely write reviews, but I need to help get the word out that this practice is the best I have ever been to. The receptionist is extremely friendly. The nurses are also extremely friendly and help alleviate the discomfort of being at the dentists office. The tools that they use are top of the line. Today, they used a water pick to help clean my teeth. They also are amazing in giving feedback regarding your hygiene. Friendly, but they dont try and fluff you up with misleading feedback. I learned today that I am an aggressive brusher. I had no idea! Most of all, Dr. LeCann is extremely friendly and very good at what she does. I had a wisdom tooth extracted a few months back and she made the process as painless as it could possibly be. She treats her clients with extreme respect and it feels like she is not your dentist, but a personal friend. All around, great stuff! Highly recommended.

So I started going to LeCann Family Dentistry on Six Forks Road a few years ago; Im like most folks not the biggest fan of going to the dentist; but really I dont really mind at all any more - almost looking forward to it. The office is clean the people that work there are friendly and nice and Dr. LeCann is always great. There have been billing issues, but the billing issues are related to my insurance and whats covered and whats not covered and have nothing to do with anything the office did wrong. Presuming the nightmare dental billing must be - I dont blame them because I know they have many different insurance companies to deal with. Getting my cleanings done has been fast and easy with no concerns at all, the techs are tuned into your level of discomfort and do all they can to alleviate your concerns... I had my one and only crown done there and they did a great job with it; I havent had any issues in over a year, so my experience has been great - thats exactly what I tell anyone that asks...

I have been a patient of Dr. LeCanns for several years. EVERYONE there is so helpful and pleasant! The thing I like the most...aside from the fact that Dr. LeCann has a wonderful personality....is that I never feel like I am being pressured into having additional, unnecesary services performed. With the last dentist I visited (and not for long), I constantly felt he was pushing for crowns, old metal filling replacements, etc. Dr. LeCAnn is honest and forthright with her dentistry. I HIGHLY recommend her and will continue to see her as long as I live in the area!!!

Recently, because of a preexisting dental condition that had developed over many years, I had major dental surgery at Raleigh Periodontics and Implants, with pre-surgery and followup care provided by LeCann Family Dentistry. Ive had two cavities placed last March by LeCann. One had a piece of the filling fall out that required additional work. Today I spent an hour and a half with a new dentist having the second cavity replaced due to poor technique from LeCann. I was miss charged, which involved a BBB case, on sealants for my son placed by LeCann that are no longer present less than a year after. Great new dentist replaced the sealants and did a great job fixing the cavity!

Going to Dr. LeCann is like coming home. I always feel welcome, I always know I will be taken care of and I will always receive the best care. And like all homecomings, sometimes I might hear something that I dont want to or have to have something done that will be painful, but it is for my best interest and health in the long run:)

My entire family has been seeing Dr LeCann for over five years now and we are totally spoiled. She is the best dentist we have ever had and her hygienist and staff are top notch. The office is well kept and the wait times are extremely low. Dr LeCann comes highly recommended!
