Double billed. Claim we didnt give them the correct insurance information but were somehow able to make a claim and get paid twice. Once by me and second by my insurance company. First time I called to complain lady tried to convince me everything was correct. The part we paid in the office was just the first half of the bill not covered by insurance. Didnt make since, so I sicced my insurance company on them. Insurance company agreed that they double billed and they also attempted to deny that there was a problem to them also. After admitting a mistake the Dentist office claimed that we did not give them proper insurance information. Neither I or the insurance company representative believe this since they were somehow able to still bill the insurance. Now on hold waiting for dentist to reimburse me. Now they are telling me they cant reimburse me until they are paid by the insurance company. Stay away from this office. Something is very fishy here.

The office staff have no clue what they are doing....follow up is horrible and inaccurate. They cant even give you directions on how to get there. It is not well run or well organized, and nobody seems happy to be there. The dentist is nice enough, but is not what I would consider ethical. He claimed my spouse and I had cavities and tried to "show" them to me via digital camera. I chose to get a second opinion because neither of us have a history of any mouth trouble. We went to a second dentist under the guise of new patients and guess what? NO CAVITIES. Based on office staff and a dentist who is interested in senselessly drilling teeth to stuff his pockets, I say stay away!

The "Hygienist" talked about her bed bug problem at home. She filed her nails while waiting for the dentist to come in. The patient chairs head rest vinyl was split and broken. They had a clear plastic bag covering it. There was a dirty plastic dish on the floor in the corner. All of the employees look very unkempt. They looked like the world had been beating down on them for years. I literally came straight home stripped off everything and washed it in hot water. This whole place needs a makeover...people and equipment.

Miss my Raleigh dentist... hate starting the dentist hunt over in a new location. I was surprised to read some of the responses here. Each time I went I had a good experience with this office. Dr Kizior was always pleasant and thorough and the receptionists did a great job, as well. Granted I didnt have to do any expensive procedures... thank the Lord! Did have to wait a few times; but seems like thats the norm for many places. Their office was always clean/well kept and in in a good/convenient location.

Im surprised to have seen some of these lower ratings. No, it does not look like a five-star hotel. For what I go to a dentist for (professional service and reasonable prices), this fits the bill just fine! The hygienist is friendly, conversational, and did a good job with what I needed done. The receptionist was fine and Dr. Kizior did a good job consulting and doing the things that required his skills. I would definitely recommend.

Without question he is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I had to have a crown replaced not once but THREE TIMES because of his incompetence!!! Also I was "accidentally" overcharged $350.00 at my first visit. STAY AWAY!!!!

Too factory like. Dentist running from one room to the next. Four treatment rooms, I believe. Not sure Im getting the best care. Personable man. Front desk people are lacking. Hygienist OK.
