I went here to take my two children ages 11 and 5 for their school physicals.The staff is nice but the dentist was extemely mean and rude to my children.My 11 year was seen first, she was in a bit of discomfort and complained a little the dentist stopped in the middle of checking her teeth, and told her "Im going to give you a shot if youdont stop complaining". I couldnt believe how rude he was! My five year old was scared and started to cry, so he told her to be quiet, there was no crying allowed, again very rude! Needless to say my 5 yr old did not stop crying and he told his assistant to reschedule her appointment without asking me or having me calm her down. After telling him I needed him to see her that day because she needed it for her school physical, he replied "I cant force her to open her mouth". You would think that would be the end of it but no, they wanted me to fill out her (my 5 yr old) information to keep in their records, but I asked why when he didnt even examine her. The receptionist went to to talk to the dentist & he said that he wouldnt have a file for her and tore her paperwork right in front of my face. I was dumbstruck!! Never again will I see this moron,

GOOD WORK: I have been seeing Dr. Belani for 15 years now and all the root canals he did and caps he put in are still doing fine. It is sometimes too busy in his office and you have to wait, but when I tried another dentist I figured out why everyone comes here. The other dentist I went to wanted to do 100 different things in my mouth and told me that I needed to spend thousands of dollars, I found out when I went back that all I needed was a filling, and it was covered by my insurance. I know he has been teaching at dental school in chicago for years now so I feel like he knows what hes doing. The last few years he tried to hire some new guys and some of them werent so good, that must have been what Madelyn ran into. The guys that are there now seem like they are pretty good though, I think their names are Dr. Kawn and Dr. Reid. They just remodeled and moved downstairs so the office is really really nice now. I would suggest this place to anyone who wants good work and doesnt wanna get ripped off.

I have been visiting Dr.Karan Bhagchandani for a year now and the experience has always been wonderful. He makes sure that his patients are comfortable and not overwhelmed. One can hardly experience any fear of going to a dentists office when you visit him. The best part I like about him is that he makes sure to follow up with his patients even after the treatment is complete. I would recommend Aurora Dentrix to one and all and especially Dr.Karan for his excellent work ethics.

First impression was amazing, clean, safe and friendly building. Thats just visiting the place. What really caught my attention was the service of how sweet and helpful the front desk was. I was able to get an appointment immediately and Dr Reed was patience with me. The experience was perfect for how nervous I usually get when going to a Dentist office. I highly recommend Aurora Dentrix and would never dream of coming to another Dr.

I had to get a crown done -- it was my first and Dr. Karan was friendly and talked me through the whole process . He was awesome and did a great job I dont feel I have crown on my tooth.I completely agree with all the positive reviews here about the office, the staff, the music, etc. and highly recommend Aurora Dentrix especially Dr. Karan

Everyone is so kind! I actually left another dentist office to come here. I wasnt just another #, I felt they actually cared and listened! I literally drive almost an hour and referred my mom who does the drive as well. To me good customer service is worth the drive!
