I was 16 when I had braces put on by this dentist. At first it seemed like a great, new place. But in the end, they ended up getting paid and my dental needs went unfinished. The doctor and her assistant had the braces applied, and within a week the brackets were already coming off. When they were fixed, they still continued to fall off. Understand I am 16 and have horrible teeth due to sucking my thumb as a child. So I treated these braces as if they were my child or a really expensive item, whichever one. Of course, while this was happening they began asking for the rest of their money for the braces (when the insurance covers 2000 a year, my braces were to cost about 5k, and I needed them on for 3 years. How they had the courage to ask for it constantly when the service they provided was poor, I have no idea. I now go to the St. Charles family dentistry. 100% difference. They are providing quality work, speak English and actually explain everything to you, and have an affordable payment plan for everyone. I am now 18, and still have the blue cement left on from the braces and 2 teeth that were filled in that were not supposed to be filled. (then again, from people who only care about money... I am sure its understandable as to why they did this.) Not only that, but I had the braces fixed multiple times. And to know that the braces were paid off fully by my insurance, only to still not have the straight teeth I was promised. This is the worst dentist anyone can take their child too. Or themselves. You want to spend money for what you think is quality, so do not go here. I actually highly recommend my current dentist or to try any other one before going here. If I could I would post photos of what they did.

I love this place! Stas and Cindy are very kind and professional, Dr. Hyvel is very knowledgeable and informative, she took her time to explain to me my treatment options. I had been to several dental offices before and this is by far the only place where I feel most comfortable. The other day I had a toothache and Stas got me in same day and I had my wisdom teeth removed. I felt no pain during the procedure, Stas and Dr. Hyvel asked me multiple times during the procedure if I was comfortable. Dr. Hyvel followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing, it meant a lot to me to feel that she cared about my well-being. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would recommend Dr. Hyvel to anyone who appreciates quality dental care.

From the moment I walked I was being sold on something. Went there for a cleaning and was told that they couldnt clean my teeth because a "deep cleaning" was needed. The entire time I was there the Dr and her assistant spoke Polish or Russian. At one point they said my name and continued talking in Polish. Office has loud hip hop music which the dentist sings along too during her exam. After saying no to the $300 "deep cleaning" and no to the brighten your teeth program. I was taken care of by another dentist. Sheesh....dont make it that obvious that its a business.

I selected Dr. Hyvel and Bondds Studio several years back when we moved from the city and needed a new provider. My husband and I have always been impressed with Dr. Hyvels knowledge and communication style. She is meticulous and passionate. This comes across in her care for her patients and practice which is set up beautifully- comfortable and modern, with her very personal touch. I am finishing up an Invisalign protocol now (not elective, so I was not excited to do it!), and that has been a very good experience with nice results. I highly recommend this provider.

I am a new patient at the Bondds Dental Studio. I came in for cleaning that I anticipated would be difficult. This was the best cleaning I ever had in my entire life and it was virtually painless. Everybody at the office was so friendly, open and professional. This is the way dentistry should be done. My kids LOVE Dr. Hyvel! She is a true professional! Not only is she knowledgeable, she is personable, patient and makes our family feel comfortable and confident in her chair. The office is clean and inviting: magazines for all ages and activities for the little ones. We highly reccommend her :)

First time experience with Bondds Dental and it was great. I had my annually cleaning done and it was perfect. The staff is very nice and the place is very modern and clean. They offer a great whitening for life program that i definitely took advantage of. Highly recommend this Dental office.

Im 28, been to several dentists in my life, and this place was the best! Dr Hyven was really cool. The cleaning was less uncomfortable than usual. They called my insurance to verify all my different coverages and explain the costs of stuff. Good overall experience.

I found out about Bond Dental using a Groupon, and recently had my first appointment. All went well. I dont have experience with a lot of dentists, but Bond Dental seems to be much more state of the art than most.
