I have been here twice. The first time the staff for some reason couldnt verify my daughters insurance which she has a well known carrier and has never been an issue before which forced me to pay out of pocket due to time constraints and needing verified dental information for her to start school. Today I come in and receive the news they didnt have my insurance information on file when I gave them the information the first visit when they "couldnt" verify it. This was a 6 month check up and of course by it being a Saturday they again wouldnt be able to verify my insurance for a second time. Staff was very unprofessional calling late to verify appointments at the end of the business day which wouldnt have left enough time to call back and update any information that changed (i.e insurance). My children and I wont be back plenty of other dentist that know how to conduct business with patients as well as take care of our teeth. My children had been using All Star dental for almost 4 or 5 years (different location). Will not recommend this office or company to anyone else! Very disappointed.

Whenever I get good service I take time to acknowledge those who delivered it to me. I was recently a new patient at All Star dental, in severe pain I dont like doctors, dentist etc..Ms Myra when I called was Awesome from the start on the phone trying to get an appointment. She fit me in right away told me dont worry about it I was in good hands this was July, 7 2017. I went got my x ray etc.... I needed not 1 not2 but 3 yes people 3 teeth pulled. Dr Britney was great I went back July 13,and thats when Dr Francesca pulled them out. I was scared uneasy nervous but All the ladies took care of me. A Special thanks to my Myra you have extremely Awesome Service, your professional, compassionate, understanding and patient. Im so greatful to you Ms Myra. You made me comfortable and welcomed. I Appreciate you all hopefully I wasnt a pain lol but thanks FOR EXCEEDING ALL OF THE EXPECTATIONS AND THEN SOME.

I am deeply disappointed in the service. The only nice there was receptionist . They were late more than 40 minutes with our appointment , but turned out it was not the worst thing. it seems like the doctor and her help dont have any feelings for her little patients. She did not stop even for one moment to give my son a bit of a break . She told me that it is 5 little cavities and kind of suggested to do everything together. Well...maybe she knew no-one would possibly be back to treat the rest after one such a terrible experience. When I was trying to ask her to stop for a second, she completely ignored me . When I finally yelled at her seeing my son in such a big pain, she told me that every child cries . Really???? You should not treat children when you see your job this way.

Ive heard nothing but good things about this place, but my brief experience was much different. Walk ins welcome is painted on their window, but it was a different story when I showed up there today. This place opens at 10 am and closes at 7pm so imagine my surprise when they couldnt see my daughter at 11:30am. The first receptionist was pleasant and said yes we can see her what kind of insurance does she have. Once I said it was a medical card(public aid insurance), the next receptionist took a glance at us, at which time I was told oh we just took a walk in so we cant take anymore. I felt discriminated against and will not be returning to any of their facilities.

I made a 10:30 appt mind u I probably been 2 minutes late. But prior to my appointment the only thing they did was half cleaned my teeth and gave me a shot to fill my cavities which never got filled. When I got there it was patients being waited on but there was also patients who got there after me that they took care of first. What is the point of making an appointment if they going to take care of patients the way they want to do it, I was the for 2 hours. The only good service I got was the receptionist. I went home with two bad cavities to point cant even eat cause it hurts.

It was the worst experience I ever had in this dental office I came with my nephew.the only thing I like the receptionalist guy he was. Ice to all and another girl worked there she has too much bad attitude I dont know she is racist or what and two more customers walked away in front of me because of her bad behavior the way she talk and all so I can say all is this is the dental clinic not the cheap store so behave yourself be better..

Racist towards blacks. Never on time. Always overbooking my appointments & the dentist are not kid friendly they hurt my daughter so many times, they restrained her just to get a perfect X-ray of her teeth i almost cursed the lady out that day she was so impatient with my daughter just because she was crying. &now suddenly they dont accept my daughters insurance & she has been going here for a year now. Wont be back.

They gave me an issue with insurance and verifying that I was the parent but didnt have any of these problems with a previous visit. Didnt explain in depth about insurance or documents needed to help with the insurance process.
