Dr Balestinis office is not very customer friendly. Further he is not very nice to his assistants and is very condisending. Most importantly he did not do very good work. I had two crowns done by him and the temps kept falling off so I had to walk around with no teeth. ( I dont have bad teeth just an old Hockey injury I was gettin a perminent fix on). I was there a bunch with the hopes of getting a smile that I could be confident in. Needless to say I am not very impressed with what I received after the thousands I paid and would have rather spent my money with someone who was a nicer person and cared a little more about there customers. Hand shaping went to far so it does not match my teeth lines and the line slanted. I am moving to a different dentist I would advise the same to you.

This is by far the best practice in the North Country. The staff are all amazing and have a very personal touch. They genuinely care about you and your well being. If you havent checked them out, do yourself a favor, and add them to your list.

I love Dr. Balestrini and his office staff. He is incredibly concerned, thoughtful and sensitive. Very gentle and committed to minimizing discomfort. Always have had good experiences for 10 years+
