Very horrible experience ,this place is really after your money, they dont care about your well being. It feels like Im in a used car dealership when I enter this dental office. Where do I start ,they cold call you, for dental cleanings, they recommend things to you that you dont need. I have spend over 14,000 dollars with this dental office and you will think they would treated me better as a client. The office manger Teisha or whatever her name is no help. The other office assistants know very little to nothing and the only thing they ask is "do you have insurance and you have to speak with the office manager". Useless! They also tried to put a damaged crown which I paid 800 for in my mouth, because they didnt want to send it back to the lab for a remake. They jerked me for there invisalign program. Beware stay away I been a patient for 10 plus years this place change names 3 times with most of the remaining staff still working there. Dr Shukla was nice however it seems she was forced to follow office orders at times... Stay away !!!!!!

I went in for a basic cleaning and what I thought were basic x-rays and ended up getting charged over $100 even though I have dental insurance. The staff DID NOT tell me that the thousand xrays they did without asking were not going to be covered by insurance. I called the insurance company and they said the office is supposed to know and let you know ahead of time what is not covered. They also tried to offer me a mouth guard for $700. I tried to call the dental office to ask about the billing and was put on hold and then told theyd call me back and didnt. Not going back, very unprofessional, feel scammed.

Over the years Ive been to dozens of dentist offices and this is one of the best Ive been to. From the receptionist to the doctor, the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Currently I am under the care of Dr. Halim. She is incredibly caring and helpful. She is knowledgeable and patient to answers my questions about treatment, and also very accommodating when I need to drop in unexpectedly for dental adjustments. I would recommend this office to anyone. Good office hours, great staff and services.

Terrible service! My mother got her dentures here by Dr. N Rao after waiting 3 months and not 24 hours later the top two center teeth dislodged and shot down her windpipe choking and it could have ended fatal had I not quickly responded to her giving her the Heimlich Maneuver. They refused to accept their mistake and almost gave her a nervous breakdown from their rude insensitive behavior. DO NOT GO HERE or God forbid you or your loved ones may not be as lucky as my poor mother was!

I am not happy with having to get two root canals mind you, however, I found this place to be very accommodating, clean, polite and professional. This is my second visit and I was provided prompt care within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Every step of the procedures were fully explained to me by both the dentist and the assistant. I left feeling like I received the best care possible. No one loves the dentist, but this team is doing their best and I appreciate it. Thanks!

teeth were prior to visit...went to get a cleaning...had no cavities or pain nothing and after cleaning..i was told i needed to get wisdom extracted.. went for cleaning 11/25 and on 12/1 woke up to pain.. cant eat anything cold or barely drink warm water without the left side hurting!!!! my teeth were fine prior to visit and i think during cleaning, the dentist, a lady, went down to far because now i cant enjoy eating or drinking NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dr. Rao gave me the perfect smile an provided the most amazing pain free experience. She was very professional, gental and demonstrated a certain degree of concern that allowed me to fully trust her plan of action and judgments of what was needed to accomplish the perfect smile. Her staff is very professional and she also demonstrates excellence time management skills. I totally recommend her because her work is nothing short of phenomenal.

The first time I went there years ago, I wasnt impressed but now theres been changes in staff especially the ones doing the dentistry. The dental hygienist, dentist and the person who preps have been very nice for my last two visits. And they took a lot of interest in what they did. Id definitely recommend giving them a shot if you havent been there in a while.

i just called this place for the first time to make an appointment and spoke to SABRINA and omg she is so rude has no politeness she yreats people like crap.. like we are dumb i cant believe they still have this girl working here and on top of that she slams hangs up the phone on me... poor doctor i bet he dont know what kind of staff he has

The service is so bad. Wait time is long and the person who sits in the front (Jasmine) is rude. When you call, they might not pick up. When you leave a voicemail for a call back, they dont respond to your message. Horrible service. I would never recommend anyone or return here for any dental procedures.

Horrible experience. Scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, waited for 30 mins, doctor didnt show up. Had to reschedule. After rescheduling my appointment was cancelled 3 (!!!) times. Couldnt believe that! Overall impression of the place - not very clean, not very inviting. People dont seem to care.

First time i went and i loved it. The staff are very nice. I recommend friends and family to go. Overall peoples complaints are mostly just waiting to be called, next time just choose a day thats not so busy. Great Dental .

Office staff is beneath professional! Rarely answers calls nor return calls from voice messages left. They act as if they dont get paid or want to be there. Customer service is garbage!
