I have been going to this office since I was little. My dentist sold his practice to this new staff who are rude and lack compassion. After forgetting to put my emergency appointment in the system and then having me wait for over an hour, I was finally told what I already knew in which the dentist could not do anything for me that day. I expressed how I was in pain and she (Dr. Tamika Anoia) proceeded to tell me I did not have an appointment, which she neglected to care that her incompetent staff did not put my emergency appointment in the system. After pleading with Dr. Anoia because I was in pain, she then passive aggressively told me she would skip lunch and not eat anything that day so she could work on my mouth. At that point, I lost all trust and would not let someone with that type of attitude work on my teeth. She was beyond rude. It was a completely different atmosphere in that office, everyone I encountered was rude, with the exception of one hygienist, Iris, who genuinely felt bad that I requested my files be transferred and I would no longer be a patient at that office. I wish I could give negative stars. The new dentist I am seeing in Warwick NY is great, and they have heard similar stories about Great Expressions. Truly appalling.

Horrible!! They performed a service on my sons teeth that they knew was not covered by my insurance and did not tell me I would have to pay.. When the dentist told me about the price I said "what"!?.. The dentist was very apologetic and told me that someone should have explained the service to me first to see if I wanted to pay an extra fee.. She told me that I would not be responsible to pay.. Later I get a bill from this office and when I ask about the miscommunication I am told that the dentist does not handle billing and that I have to pay $136.00.. Is this how they make money!?! Dishonest people!! I will not return nor will my family and friends.. Despicable!

I am furious with Great Expressions Dental. They employed a dentist named Kelia Gutierrez who specializes in Dental Implants but to my surprise has a very low success rate. Gutierrez is a complete idiot who performed 2 dental implant procedures and I have to have both removed. She damaged my jaw bone on both sides and I could never have this procedure done again. I was told that I was one of many patients whom Dr. Gutierrez incorrectly performed Dental Implant procedures. She was FIRED, and now Dr. Cash has to remove the screws from my jaw bone, and he told me that bacteria had gotten into my gums due to Dr. GUTIERREZ INCOMPETENCE.

After getting 2 exams and 2 different outcomes at Ezras Cholim health center,i searched and found the best dentist Ive ever been to,staff were especially friendly and kind,im sorry i didnt catch the guy dentist name yet,but hes a great dentist at Monroe office!had a root canal and didnt feel a thing;)
