The place is nice and clean. The reason why I give it four stars is because we went in to talk to Dr Carter about a tonsillectomy and she shot us down and refused to even consider due to personal opinion of the surgery. She seems like a nice, professional doctor, but if she is going to refuse a service completely, she needs to put it as a disclaimer on her website profile or something so a patient doesnt waste their time and money.

This place genuinely shows an interest in how you feel and the care that they give to you is extremely good I would definitely recommend this place to anybody its having problems with the ears nose or throat!!
