They once mis-coded my labs for Paclab and my insurance didnt cover any of the cost. It was a cholesterol and another blood test I had been getting every year for 6 years. Paclab wouldnt do anything until the Dr. recoded the paperwork. I worked with Paclab and Evergreen billing for many months and finally they said I need to talk directly to the Dr. So I talked to the Dr. and he said they had some issues with billing and it should not happen again but theres nothing he can do about the current situation. Really he was just not concerned enough to do anything. I didnt have the motivation to keep pestering them...so Im out $120!

Doctors at this location are good, but front desk is very disorganized. We were made to wait 1 hour 20 mins on empty stomach for a 10 min blood draw procedure due to a nurse being awol. Folks at front desk said sorry, but kept fast tracking others who arrived after us and making us continue to wait. A 15-20 minute visit ended up taking more than 2 hours

They never answer the phone. Horrible experience if you want to a living person directly. Poor communication overall trying to get results of examination. There is disconnects between staff. Never want to visit these guys

Great care and front desk service. I have been going to Evergreen in Sammamish since they opened years ago and have never had a problem.
