My daughters doctor is great but their phone service for Kaiser in general is awful. When you have a screaming child and are trying to talk to someone on the advice line having someone transfer you to an automated system for 5 additional minutes is an eternity, and more than frustrating. Fix your system. Calling because your daughter has a fever of 102.2 and trying to go through an automated system is the worst thing you could put someone through. Fix it. Again the doctor is great, service at Kaiser is great. But the automated system is horrible. So glad I kept my PPO for myself.

The operator is kinda rude and you cant hear her talking because of her low voice. The guy that anwers the phone in occupation center is ok but he kinda short on the phone. The phone services sucks, they need to make it easlier for companies that need to get authorization, plus they dont have any forms for authorization.

Great staff in the office it can be slow sometimes but that is to be expected. This is the closest good kaiser to Tracy Ca. The one in Tracy is terrible

Pharmacy is always fast, pharmacists are nice, the facility is always clean and thankfully not as busy as the other Kaiser facilities.
