To All Interested, I have been a patient of Dr. Marc Concepcion of River Bend Medical Associates for about 6 years. Dr. Concepcion and the staff at The Stone Blvd. office are friendly and knowledgeable. I am always seen within 10 minutes of my appt. time! The friendly and courteous staff always seem happy to see me .I have many medical problems and feel that I need the personal attention given me .After becoming disabled I gained a lot of weight. I was close to 400 lbs. and very close to a heart attack. Dr. Conception Set me up with a dietician in the Stone Blvd. office .After eight months on a diet I have lost 100 lbs. No surgery! Working with my Dr. & Dietician I have learn how and what to eat. My health is getting better and I am enjoying life again. Worst. Office. Ever. This privately owned doctors office conducts a lot of shady business. They have diet pills for sale in the waiting room. Make no mistake, these offices care more about the money they bring in than the patients they treat. The office manager has put policies in place that create barriers and cause patients to be unable to access care. Some examples of poor practices at this location: They cannot do a pregnancy test. They require an office visit for common issues such as utis and yeast infections, appointment availability can mean waiting over 72 hours for basic pain relief. (most offices handle these requests over the phone) They will charge a copay fee for a repeat visit. They do not have a Patient Advocate. If you break both arms, they make you choose ONE to be x rayed. The waiting room always smells like leftover food. The doctors seem good. But they are very limited by the office policies (NOT insurance policies, which is a separate issue).

One of the worst, if not the worst staff I have ever encounted. To call to see a doctor, its average 10 minute wait for them to answer! And Ive called numerous times. Been in the waiting room and office staff doesnt seem that busy they cant pick up a phone! Dont think they are proactive with preventive medical care. They dont do regular tests and if you need to have blood work done, bring a good book, you will be that waiting room for some time. Dont recommend this office for regular medical care. Oh and the 1 star if there only because this wouldnt let me continue without one. It would be zero!

I usually dont write reviews but this needed to be said. My first visit the office was full, the front office staff was pleasant and helpful and the doctor I saw did care about me and how I was doing. ALL doctors charge a co-pay (set by Insurance NOT the doctors) for EACH visit. Good place good doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marc Concepcion for years. He listens to you and his knowledge is exceptional. He has provided me with life saving care twice. Im very fortunate to have him as my doctor. Everyone should be so fortunate to have a doctor like Dr. Concepcion! With him and God i cant go wrong.
