This is possibly the WORST coverage I have ever received. First, getting hold of someone in customer service is near impossible and once you do speak with them they typically can not support you. I tried to cancel my service with them and 6 months later received a letter from a collection agency stating that I never paid them. When I called WHA to resolve the issue, they stated that I needed to send them written notice that I would no longer like service with them, something that was never told to me when I tried to cancel. The company covered hardly anything when I did use them and I was left spending a small fortune. If it was possible to not give this company any stars I would do that. Watch out for this horrid company!!!

This health insurance has been a complete nightmare and we can not wait till open enrollment is back. Western Health does not give you a lot of choices for providers, the most ridiculous thing was when we knew we needed to go to a specialist they wanted us to go back to our primary care DR to get the referral. Which meant paying 2xs. I had to go to our Dr pay $45 so they could then tell me to go to the specialist. Not very efficient or cost effective. I was hoping the Affordable Care Act was going to make health insurance for the better. Well it doesnt go that way when you allow the Pharmaceutical and the Insurance industries to write the legislation.

This insurance have hired a person that is making lot of frauds every where giving bad checks from a closed account trying to buy English bulldogs puppies he bought a puppy from me and he gives 2 bad checks from a closed account I have found he has been doing that 2 other people giving bad checks from Wells Fargo closed account his name is merwin bachiller maligaya care full every body with this guy

Terrible coverage! Need to see a specialist that I have seen for years, a doctor that is definitely within the network. Primary wont refer me because it will cost them money. Tried apealing through the case manager, cant get them to even return my call. I guess I will just have to pay out of pocket..... Why even bother to have insurance if we are just going to be denied care?
