For starters, they currently charge a $160 "walk to the back" fee or as they like to call it, see the Doctor charge. They need to tell people UPFRONT anytime you walk to the back, its $160. They tried to charge me $160 2 days in a row and I wasnt even diagnosed with anything! didnt leave with as much as a prescription for some aspirin! luckily I disputed the 2nd $160 with my bank and wasnt charged. Please be mindful of your co-pay and/or deductibles before visiting these types of urgent care facilities because theyre "entry fee" which is basically what it is are a bit pricy if you arent prepared, even if you have insurance which I did. The Doctors and admin staff are all a bit dis-associative and dismissive in my opinion, there was one nurse, an older Spanish lady who displayed a great bedside manor and rapport. They seem to have a lot of admin staff and nurses working at this place??? which seemed weird considering the wait times which are a bit excessive especially the 2nd night I went and the place was empty. One positive was that they ordered complete blood work for me which I hadnt gotten in some time and everything came back perfect which was good to know (my insurance covered this as well as well as all other test ordered) I am just really salty over this $160 entry fee for a non diagnosis and then was almost charged another $160 the next day for the Doctor to tell me everything was ok??? that could have been left on my voicemail or emailed to me. This can come off very "money Grab-ish" and shady!

My experience here was TERRIBLE please go to any other place except here. Doctor was super rude and I was feeling very sick, full of sarcastic comments and bad attitudes, Also my copay was way high and the receptionist also seemed to be full of attitude. everyone in that place, only person that treated me decently was my actual nurse. Then I called back to ask a question and they put me through with a MEDICAL ASSISTANT...WOW ITS LIKE SHE WAS BARKING AT ME OVER THE PHONE...THE ANTIBIOTCS WERENT WORKING AND INSTEAD OF ME JUST BEING ABLE TO COME BACK AND SEE DOCTOR FOR FREE WHICH IS WHAT ALL PLACES DO IF YOUR ANTIBIOTIC IS NOT WORKING, SHE TOLD ME I CAN COME IN AGAIN AND PAY AGAIN IF I NEED TO DO ANYTHING AGAIN PLUS HER ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE, WHEN YOU FEEL SICK THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO ITS GO SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL BE MISTREATED AND WHERE EVERYONE IS FULL OF ATTITUDE, THOSE PEOPLE CLEARLY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS AND TAKE IT OUT ON THEIR SICK PATIENTS. OH AND ALSO THE WAIT IN THE ROOM TO SEE A DOCTOR ITS ABSURD HOPE YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME IN YOUR HANDS IF YOU GO SEE THEM . =) LIKE I SAID THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SO JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE LIKE I DID , THERE IS ANOTHER CLINIC ON BROWARD WHERE THE STARBUCKS IS AND A PUBLIX GO THERE, THEY TREATED ME WONDERFULLY THERE AND IM ALREADY FEELING BETTER PLUS DOCTOR IS GREAT AND ACTUALLY CARES.

I am very upset with the facilitys paying policy. I have insurance and wanted to pay any copays etc UPRONT with my debit card. They said I had to sign a form which allows them to store your debit or credit card information so that they can charge your card if any other fees arise. I said I didnt feel comfortable with someone having access to this information and asked to simply pay whatever fees there were. They said the only way to avoid this would be if I paid in cash. At the same time I had my crying son, who was there for his flu. They told me I could go walk across the busiest street (at night no less) to Bank of America. Are you kidding me? I spoke to the manager Leslie who refused to make an exception. Never coming back. I work in healthcare and this is not standard policy anywhere.

I had an extremely unpleasant visit at this office.went for a workers comp exam...Dr. Paul Murray has no idea what he was doing.im surprised this guy is licensed to practice medicine on people. wanted to do x ray and anti inflammatory injection for soft tissue knee injury...after waiting 15mins to be admitted...see nurse...then sends me to Dr Murray..which after catching attitude for me saying I dont need xray...proceeds to.leave me in room for over 15 mins.after performing initial checkup...I stormed out and demanded my paperwork which they gave back After scanning documents into their system.... Do your self a favor.if you want to have a horrendous experience seeking medical care then choose MDNOW.. Otherwise go to a different urgent care provider

While I was waiting to be seen, I saw a mom come in with her two year old who was crying in pain from a minor injury to his hand. No shoes, no pants, just a shirt and diaper. Clearly hed hurt his hand and his mom scooped him up and brought him to the nearest dr she could find. They all but spit in her face telling her to get out of there and go on their website to find somewhere else to take her son because he was only two. After she left, I squirmed in my seat for a while wondering where she would go and what I would do if that was my son. Finally, I got my insurance and id card back, cancelled my appt and left without being seen by a Dr. Too afraid to be treated with the same lack of compassion they had shown that mother and her child.

My mom and I had an ecellent experience when I took her to this MD Now Urgent Care. The staff was friendly patience and courteous. They actually seemed like they cared and they didnt treat my mom like a number. The doc that we saw is not their regularly but he explained what was wrong with her in detail. Answered all her and my questions and concerns. He advised and explained what medicine she needed to take, the precautions and suggested a plan of action if the condition did not improve within a certain time frame. We went there on Saturday 4/21/17 at about 9am. There were only a couple people a head of us. We probably waited about 15 minutes, if that. I would definantly recommend this urgent care.

I have been having medical issues for the last 3 years & have been sent from one doctor to another & my personal primary doctor cant seem to connect the dots but when I visited Med MD in Plantation in September I had an absolutely fantastic physician, Dr. Haro. He spent time with me looking over all my medical records, ran some new tests but most importantly he actually listened to me. He was not like ANY physician I have ever seen in the last few years. He was so thorough & sympathic to what I have been going through. I left his office hopeful that I would finally be able to get to the bottom of my underlying medical issues. Dr. Haro was top notch & I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I was here twice in October trying to get better quickly before I was to fly from Florida to Michigan for some much needed hugs from Grandchildren! Although that did not happen and I missed my trip; I found everyone at this facility, from staff to Dr to be extremely courteous and very helpful! I would not think twice about going back! I would not consider going to my family dr. Without an appointment because I know from experience that I would wait 4 or 5 hours minimum to be squeezed in! I was just so sick that I could not stand the thought! I was seeing very quickly although I understand that their wait time varries depending on how many people need help at the same time!
