154th St Medical Plaza has been my PCP since July, 2014. During this perid, my PCP has been changed time, two blood test results, and they process required referrals, EXTREMELY slowly. I have been waiting 2 weeks since I requested a referral to an opthamologist who is in the network. They could not find the opthamologist, until I had to call Humana. I re-called the PCP and then they were able to find the name of the opthamologist. Now I must wait several more days until the referral is approved by Humanas medical review department. I would never refer anyone to this PCP.
