Worse place ever....staff extremely rude. Results of test never sent to proceeding doctor therefore could not complete my exam. I called American from doctors office and asked them to please send results to doctor because I am at the office and cant complete exam with out blood work or ultra sound results. American Care rep told me the doctor had to fax them a request and then they would forward information. Needless to say I had to call about 3 times and after and hour results were still not sent till next day! Also I needed a prescription for vitamin D refilled its only 4 pills one pill a week. It took me to call American Care for a week to get them to refill after I had have CVS contact as well...A WEEK FOR 4 PILLS OF VITAMIN D!!! SO annoying and time consuming between Dr apts...and getting run around. American Care really needs to step up to the plate and stop making excuses like the system was down or that I need to give the rep more time to fill script...really you need a week to do so...wow. I guess thats what oboma care pays for..no urgency on there behalf. Super frustrating. I wouldnt even give a stardust to this company they are so incompetent and rude. They definitely dont deserve any starts I my book so sad.

I have been coming here with my grandmother since she moved to Miami. I can tell you that the doctors are very thorough and the staff is great! Yes, there are wait times, especially on Mondays but overall, they have gone out of their way to help my 90 year old grandmother. She came in with bronchitis and they did not hesitate to help her and stabilize her blood pressure. I had to come every day for a week for them to monitor her and make sure that they saw daily improvement. They also requested rush x-rays and blood work from Labcorp and called us with the results immediately. My grandmother is very pleased that they are always welcoming and helpful. As long as my grandmother is healthy and happy with the attention they give, then Im all for it!

Today I had the worse experience at this place I brought my Mom for a 10:30 appointment after 2 hours waiting and asking why it was taking so long and have no answer we went to doctor Blancos office and the result was that he was never there we went back to the desk and complained why they lie to us and desk said They didnt know that doctor blanco wasnt there We could of been waiting there the whole day and they will never lets us know he wasnt there Big BS I hate this place will never recommen it Please dont go to this place

This is office should be closed. They dont answer the phone all the time, they take about one week to fill a prescription (winter haven office). The receptionist doesnt know what conditions or medications are, seems like she doesnt have any medical terminology education. I absolutely hate hate this stupid office the ydont care for the patients all they want is to get paid by our HMO. Well im switching from these fukers to a lakeland office

This place is horrible, they dont answer the phone or they pick up the call and immediately hang up or they put you on hold and then hang up. They have been saying they have problems with their phone system...this is not true its their go to answer. I have been trying all week to get my heart, blood pressure and cholesterol medicines refilled to no avail. I called the corporate office and complained. We will see what happens.

They are the most caring and professional medical team Ive experienced in quite a while. They are very patient and thoroughly answer any questions you have. My doctor is great. My only complaint would probably be the waiting period. Most times you have you wait for quite a while before actually being called in. Other than that.... I am very satisfied with the services provided.

Administrative personal lost and incompetent. They made old people loose their appointments and continue in pain for months several times for not having a simple referral, incredible. If you look for a good quality service go somewhere else!
